    Room (2/5):Moderate sized superior room. Comfy bed and clean sheet. Smelly bathroom and worn out mirror. Broken exhaust fan. Hot water and AC works fine.Food (3/5):Fair breakfast course for budget stay. All tastes okay.Location (3/5):Nestled in Jimbaran busy area makes everything convenient. Surrounded by lots of local diner and only take 15 minutes walk to the beach. One hassle is it only has 3 car parking slot, basement used for bike only. Nearby open field available but muddy on rainy day.Service (1/5):Non smoking policy yet people smoke at corridor and restaurant. Neglectful behavior, they don't clean table after use during breakfast. Dull hospitality from the get go. Lousy security service.Verdict:Second time staying here after their name change (was Horizon on my first trip) and no significant improvement. Reasonable hotel choice if you are on tight budget but don't mind the poor building condition.

    I have stayed here in last October, the only good thing here is room and saff so frendly. The facilities was so dated, especially the swiming pool so dirty (at the first i thought that was a koi pond).

    The room is huge in this hotel, it's affordable, and the bed is comfortable enough. I recommend this if you're transiting late or very early at Denpasar airport since the place is close. However, not really recommended for long stays.I booked them through Agoda and emailed them to confirm my arrival (almost midnight) but got no response from them at all, thank goodness the guy at the reception was still awake when I got there. I ordered delivery after I was settled in my room and when I asked the driver to just inform the reception of the room number the food delivery guy advised that no one's in the reception and true enough when I went down, the reception was unmanned and the lights at the lobby were turned off.The bathroom has a funny smell, the furnitures' covers were worn out and the room didn't have coffee/tea maker. When I asked the reception, they came by and gave me an electric kettle (no mugs nor instant coffee/tea)

    rooms are nice but dated. there is a tv in the room with lots of english channels which is good. However, I hardly got much sleep because the hotel in on a busy road so all night you could hear was loads engines of cars and scooters. The walls are very thin and can hear everything in the hall way too. Interior round the hotel is very dated and desperately needs a refurbish. Rooms have curtains and windows that look onto the corridor however they don't shut properly therefore the room isn't completely dark and light shines in, making it hard to sleep. The hotel looks like it could fall a part. The location is awful- little to no proper restaurants unless you go to the beach. be careful walking down roads that aren't main roads as the dogs seemed really aggressive so we mainly stuck to main roads and didn't eat out much. Location is good for airport and fish market but other than that there's really nothing there.

    It wasnt perfect but for the price point u got soo much more. It was a chain hotel "horison" before. So the room is very nice. King bed size and down feel pillow using king koil. Hot shower, towel, amenities, cool aircon, and bottled water. Wifi is also strongIts like staying @ oyo but with hotel quality.Parking space is limited but they have basement parking. Its very hard to go there if u dont have high ground clearance car
