    Terrible stay. Arrived and bedding had tab holes in it. Not clean at all. Lots of ants running onto the bed, and all over the room. Perfect place to stay if you want to be kept up all night and have to complain about noise four times and nothing to be done about it. Terrible would not return.

    They lost it!I assume that it used to be a good hotel but currently, they lost it!1. No TV! 2. No toiletries just a small jar of shampoo and soap for 3 pax3. No room slippers4. No available plug or socket. Need to buy5. Worn out curtains6. Breakfast???? You have to wait for 5-10 mins for the food to arrive. Seems they dont know the count of visitors they expect to arrive.7. Furniture need to be replaced8. Everything seems to be old and need to be replaced.Wont be back here.

    M Suite Bali (Seminyak) - Only Disappointment Awaits You...

    This hotel is NOT as advertised (own and 3rd party websites). The following services were promised but not provided: western buffet breakfast, pool-side restaurant and bar, rooftop terrace, room service, TV (not even free-to-air), cable / satellite channels, ironing facilities, Blu-ray / DVD player / CD player.My room also had several maintenance issues, including a leaking sink and dripping air conditioner (causing a dangerously slippery floor).The owner chose not to respond to my e-mail explaining my concerns or accept my offer to meet and discuss these. She needs to urgently amend her advertising or honour her promises to customers, who deserve better, irrespective of price. There are many better alternatives in Seminyak.

    Tokyo Suite the max

    If I just would rate the room it would definitely be 5 stars. I stayed at the Tokyo Suite. Amazing comfortable bed, big bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Separate living room and very spacious balcony. And ofcourse a lovely jacuzzi which I enjoyed daily.Overall just 3 stars because the breakfast was terrible. Area full of ants, swimming pool very very small and also not at all clean. It's a pity because this hotel has a lot of potential.

    We were full of praises when we first visited M Suite in 2017. Everything was praised from Staff to Buffet Breakfast to Cleanliness etc. Understand Covid contributed to the downfall of M Suites, but owner should take this opportunity to step up services now that the industry is returning. The hotel now looking so gloomy, its sad as this was one of our favourite hotel. Ala-carte Breakfast was sad and coffee and tea area was full of ants. We paid for 5 days breakfast but we only came down once. Staff is still sweet as ever. Lucky to have them to heal our major disappointment. We were walking in from Jln Nakula in the rain and one of M-Suite staff saw us. He sped back to the hotel and grabbed an umbrella for us. Very nice of him. Owner of M-Suite, pls do not give up on this property. Do some refurbishing and hope M-Suites spirit will return like before. Also FYI, I emailed to M-Suites 3 times for some enquiries, but none was replied. You definitely need to check on the person responsible for this. All the best!
