  Absolutely awful hotel, don’t waste your money.

  Absolutely diabolical, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms small, in urgent need of basic repairs, no water provided you need to ask at reception, towels only changed daily when you ask and they are very old indeed. Food inedible had to eat out and drinks extremely poor quality. Sunbeds on beach area approximately 9 inches apart and with parasol opened creates permanent shade. Beach area also not properly cleaned. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. We had booked all inclusive, waste of money as we had to dine and drink outside.

  Worst Hotel I've ever stayed in!

  Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First impressions were what the eck have we booked?? . Room was on the 3rd floor over the road . We Had to carry our cases up. Room was tiny and beds tiny. Toilet seat half hanging of, handle to get onto the balcony hanging of, air con worked but very noisy. Dirty marks all over the ceiling. The Only positive I can give is the view from the balcony over looked the pool and beach, great views! The Food was diabolical, not even edible, bland and tasteless. No fresh fruit at breakfast, bread and jam but no toaster, if You like boiled eggs then you will be fine. Thankfully we found a local restaurant which did a great full English, It was called gypsys. Very nice, I Visited the restaurant 3 times and gave up!. The All inclusive bar is a choice of beer, wine, vodka and gin, or soft drinks poured from a cheap bottle from the supermarket over the road . The red wine looked brown. The All inclusive closes at 5pm until 6.30pm.we tried to order 2 drinks at 5pm when the bar closes but the miserable bar man would only give us one. The Pool closed at 12 to 2pm while people try and digest the food around the pool. 37 degree heat and you can't get in the pool!. The Room wasn't cleaned for the first 2 days so had to ask, it got done straight away to be fair. When the room was cleaned they left us our dirty towels to use again on a couple of occasions. Apart from the miserable boss man the lads Who ran the bar were very friendly, we had a good laugh with them and the staff on the reception were also very friendly. This really is a poor Hotel, it should be better as Its situated in a great location, directly onto the beach. Turunc itself is a lovely place, some great local Bars and very friendly people. 👍🏻. To conclude my review I would not stay in this hotel ever again 😂

  Unfortunately when me and my father arrived they tried to give us one room when we had booked two eventually the ones they gave us were awful and dirty they moved me to a top floor room and my father the day after I cleaned my room myself and it didn’t look like it was cleaned ever when we were there apart from beds tidied and clean towels I was never left any fresh water. The pool was closed 12/2 while people ate around the pool and the bar closed 5/630 for pool cleaning ! The hottest part of the day, the only drinks available all inclusive were red and white wine beer gin vodka and raki plus soft drinks. The food was awful we didn’t eat there at all oh and the bar shut at 11. Food was left on tables round pool and rarely wiped clean or the floors around the pool. Turunc is a really lovely place but avoid this hotel at all costs. We paid well over two grand for a bed in a dirty room

  We went this year for the second time,and will go again next year,from the cleaning staff to the catering staff to the bar staff they cannot do enough for you,the food is lovely local food,if you want chicken nuggets and pizza maybe you should stay in Blackpool! The rooms are lovely and have air con and a fridge,cleaned all the time, you really could not get more for your money, especially with views to die for.

  AVOID AVOID AVOID.. WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED -1000 STARS!

  My partner booked me this holiday as a suprise and boy we were in for a very rude awakening. This holiday was booked from 12th to the 19th with love holidays. We arrived to Ozcan beach hotel at around 1am after a very very long day. We were shown to our room which was not the seat view room we booked the receptionist who showed us the room could not leave the room quick enough. This was because the room was absolutely abysmal. The shower was mouldy and falling apart, exposed wires coming through the roof and room, roof was falling down, there was someone’s else’s hair all over the floor and in the shower, the room didn’t even have a kettle, cups or tea etc. the pictures were absolutely nothing like what nightmare we had walked into. I never leave a review but this caused a lot of distress for us both especially with also being pregnant. We also didn’t realise there was 2 buildings one across the road. We politely complained to which we were shown other rooms and told we couldn’t move till the next day. We moved into another room where again it was absolutely awful. We were told we could not see the manager till the next day at 9am. We attempted to ring love holidays where they had no care in the world not taking myself being pregnant into consideration and that also the hotel was not fit to even sleep in. We had to endure the night where I slept in my clothes not even brushing my teeth or even wanting to lie on the pillow. I felt so unwell as by this point it was about 4am where I just spent the night crying myself to sleep as no one was helping us we felt so lost and didn’t know what to do. We came down the next day to speak to the manager at 9am where we were then told 11am. We came back at 11am where again the manager was nowhere to be seen because he was hiding in the office which I think is absolutley disgusting and cowardly. They should be not be a manager at all instead be in a job where they aren’t in a job role where they have to speak to people. We could moved over the road to the another room and again hair all over the floor, yes the shower was better but still absolutely vile. There was food over the floor, the decor was so outdated, mouldy, no hot water and falling apart. I didn’t even open my suitcase. We decided that if we wanted to enjoy our holiday before our baby was born hence why the holiday was booked, we needed to move holidays to which we then paid for another hotel on top of what we had already paid for an all inclusive holiday. Ozcan beach hotel is a scam and do not be fooled by the pictures at all. The only nice part about it is the location and the beach. It lets itself down. The manager could have sorted this out for us but didn’t even want to bother as he clearly has no care for his customers instead sat on his arse in the office. The food also we didn’t even want to touch with how bad the rooms were. This hotel was not In a good condition and as I was pregnant it would have made me ill, it made me ill even looked at the room. This started off the worst holiday inclusive have ever had but turned into best holiday as soon as I got a taxi out of that hell hole. If I could give -1000 stars that’s what my rating would be.
