Location

The property is located in the Petitenget district of Seminyak, 5 minutes from the city centre, the popular Ku De Ta restaurant, the Potato Head beach club and Seminyak Square. The hotel is 10 minutes from trendy boutiques and shopping galleries and 30 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 28 suites. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine.     A great property with a great understanding staff specially Marin, he was helping us out in ways which don’t come under his duty also. Got full assistance and guidance with respect to booking other tours , drivers etc from the staff of the hotel. A great experience !!!     I arrived at the villa on the 13th September and checked out on the 22nd September.I booked straight through the hotel, unfortunately a big mistake as I must have been given the worst villa, even though I booked and paid months in advance.Villa 117 was extremely old where you heard a cat in the wall of a night along with cockroaches to wake up of a morning. The best thing was the hot shower, great pressure. The staff at breakfast were also great even though it was just an ordinary breakfast which suits me, unlike some other guests.I had a shower before I checked out and was aghast to find the white bath mat had stains on it which I can’t confirm what they are, I will let you guys work out for yourselves. The villa felt dirty but as the manager said they are they are in the process of refurbishment. I felt if I had have booked thru an agent such as Booking.com or Accor hotels maybe I would have been given another villa. The curtains were frayed the bathroom left a lot to be desired. I hope one day I could stay their again as the location was fine. More than likely I will book with a nearby villa.     We booked this on bookings .com and it stated it was a 4* + hotel. It couldn’t be further from the truth. The entire place is run down, the 2 bedroom villa is discusting and looks nothing like the pictures on the website. The doors didn’t lock and the toilets leaked all over the floor.We asked to be moved and were offered a room , when we went to it the pillows had blood on them and the whole place had damp up the walls. We left with our children. The whole ordeal was very stressful and we have lost a lot of money. We have been refused a refund as our booking was non refundable, so the entire ££££ for the trip is lost, we are gutted.     Stayed in a two bedroom villa. Large rooms, both bedrooms have identical ensuites, good size fridge, four bottles of water and new toiletries daily. Turn down bed service. Security 25/7. Room service until 10pm. Very helpful and friendly staff, nothing was too much for them. We commented that we enjoyed the Indonesian cakes on the buffet and the waitress went to the market after her shift to purchase some for our breakfast the next morning. Room service is until 10pm. The resort pool is beautiful but we preferred the privacy and convenience of the Villa pool. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. There are many cafes, mini marts, ATMs and shops in the same street.     We recently stayed for 6 nights in the 2 bedroom pool suite. Reading all the negative reviews, i have to say i was nervous. But we were pleasantly surprised. yes it's a small hotel and yes the breakfast choices were limited but it was not bad. it was sufficient and had new choices every day. we could also ask for eggs to be cooked our way and for bacon. the rooms were both clean and very spacious. we didnt asked for cleaning every day, but when we did we got fresh bath and swimming towels.we ordered room service once and it was not bad. the staff were all very friendly and helpful. the hotel is situated in a busy street, so lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. also a few good massage places. we walked to seminyak square every day - only about 15 min, same for potato head.overall we were happy with the hotel - but do agree that some renovations and upgrades would do wonders. we would book again.
