    We were impressed with the staff here. Everyone is polite, friendly, cheerful, and willing to help wholeheartedly. The hotel is located next to the main road, making it easy to find restaurants for dinner. We were given a room with a building under construction right outside the window. However, the construction did not disturb us because there was no noise, but the noise is from conversations and doors opening and closing in the neighbouring rooms was very loud. As for cleanliness, it still does not meet standard expectations. We found black stains in the corners and crevices of the bathroom floor, which could pose a slipping hazard.The breakfast selection was acceptable, but it was not particularly impressive.     The soundproofing was not very good, as I could hear noise from other rooms.

    Pros:The room was comfortable, and the toilet was clean with enough facilities. The location is convenient to go to the market and get around. The staff were excellent, professional, and very kind.The infinity pool was really nice, and they gave me two welcome drink vouchers to enjoy at their restaurant.When I checked out, they gave me a small gift, and I could choose between a keychain, a handheld fan, or a bracelet. It was a lovely touch.     Had a great few days in Ubud at MaxOne. The hotel is in a great location and staff were welcoming and friendly. I would recommend booking a massage with the hotel - they come to your room and it was really relaxing. The breakfast was varied and had a lovely view on the rooftop restaurant. The pool has limited sunbeds so you may not be able to get a spot at the pool. We had a good night in the bar with karaoke.The only issue we had was the construction noise going on at a hotel next to us but that was not the hotels fault.     My second time in maxone hotel ubud, all is fantastic with good value for money, friendly staffs, from security until front liners all are amazing, event we no chance to try roof top pool , but we will definitely comeback for next trip.thank you maxone , see you soon !!!
