Location

The spacious hotel lies in a secluded spot, close to the artistic village of Ubud and by the banks of the Petanu. It is surrounded by lush vegetation and offers a spectacular view of the green valley and the traditional terraced rive paddies. Those with a desire to do plenty of shopping, dining in restaurants or enjoying the entertainment options, are able to easily reach Ubud with the regular shuttle bus, located around 1.5 km away. The transfer time to Ngurah Rai airport takes around an hour.

Facility

The resort has 108 non-smoking rooms and 3 suites, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Bicycle storage is available to guests. There is a bike hire service as well. A business centre with fax machine and projector is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features in the rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Sun loungers and parasols the sun terrace complete the holiday. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. The resort offers a variety of outdoor sports, including golf. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking and tennis. Water sports enthusiasts are offered water aerobics. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym and yoga. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments and anti-ageing treatments. An entertainment programme and a kids' club are also options for entertainment.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. Warm hospitality and a cosy atmosphere await guests in 2 non-smoking restaurants. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. The menu also offers vegetarian dishes and children's meals. The resort also offers picnics. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    I cant express how wonderful our stay was. This resort is absolutely amazing. Has amazing views,beautiful rooms ,breathtaking surroundings and the nicest accommodating staff,who couldn't do enough to ensure your stay is everything you dreamt it would be.Even down to the house keepers who turn down your bed and close the curtains at night.We stayed corner suite, which was so beautiful and comfortable.The breakfast was amazing, everything you could want and more. We had dinner with a dance, wish I knew the names of the servers,as they were so attentive and made our night memorable. All the workers should be praised for their work to ensure staff are happy.     The resort is located directly in the rainforest, and it has a wonderful atmosphere. We received a warm welcome from the front desk team (Mr. Pery) and the bell captain (Mr. Trisna). The staff was friendly, especially at breakfast (Mrs. Dewi/ Dynita and the rest of the team). Using the SPA is a dream.     Time slowed down during our trip to Maya Ubud in May. We honestly cannot think of anything that the hotel could have done to improve our stay. Every member of staff were so helpful and friendly, we felt like they wanted to take care of us. The food was absolutely delicious, every experience of the food surprised us because it kept getting better. The floating lunch and the romantic soiree dinners are a must too! The location, honestly, it left us speechless. So close to Ubud and the surrounding places to visit (rice paddy fields, e bike tour of the countryside, temples, waterfalls) and the bush Ubud centre. YET, it couldn't have felt further away because the hotel is nestled in the jungle, it is So peaceful, surrounded by land, a river, jungle. Whilst in the hotel it feels like you could be in the middle of your own jungle island yet it's just 5 minutes to Ubud centre. We stayed for a week and it was perfect. The hotel is clean, the facilities great, they thought about everything!
