  Huge lack of management

  The hotel kitchen is between kitchen service suppliers changing, ok, no problem.The problem is: on the reservation at Accor web site, there is no warning about that, and the rate with breakfast included is being charged normally.Two problems:1) is a robery to charge for a breakfast when it doesnt exists;2) it should be warner at the web site allowing me to choose another hotelI am travelling for work all the time. Kitchen at the hotel is critical, specially when you arrive late, tired, hungry. But the lack of it is acceptable, however, the lack of breakfast, and the charge over it, is absurd!

  The toilet in the room was not fix on floor and the parking despite paying the same amount did not allow me to park in the garage because I did not accept valet. It was not breakfast available because we decided to leave before 5 a.m.

  Great value, comfortable room and convenient location (close to the beach, mall, and other venues). Its breakfast buffet is plentiful, besides eggs, sausages, I they have some Brazilian treats and fresh fruits, so even though I've been several days at the hotel, haven't gotten bored of it. The staff, including Eleazar and the rest of the hotel personnel are super friendly and helpful!

  The location is really good on the continent and very close to the entrance of Florianopolis Island. The price is really fair and cheaper than most around it. The coffee bar is not really the greatest thing for its price, but if you get to a bakery you will need to move around and depending on what you eat prices will be similar, for me it is ok.Staff is really courteous and helps whenever required. That is why I always stay there.
