Location

The hotel is located in Nusa Dua, close to the Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), only 14 km from Ngurah Rai international airport, 2 km from BICC and next door to Bali National Golf Club. It is situated in a relaxing enclave offering a natural environment with a nod to balinese style.

The hotel has a lift and features 201 rooms and 8 junior suites. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Mercure Nusa Dua and truly enjoyed every moment of our visit.From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Special thanks to Ms. Manis for handling our check-in smoothly and professionally, making us feel welcome right away. We are also very grateful to Ms. Mitha for the thoughtful room upgrade to a Deluxe Garden View, which made our stay even more special.The room itself had a charming vintage style, yet remained very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained.     Just back from an amazing few days in the Mercure hotel. The staff were amazing and big shout out to Sakthu whose friendly banter in the mornings brightened the day. Food and accommodation was fabulous and we will definitely be back... Hopefully towards the end of the year. Great value for money....     This hotel is in a lovely location. The facilities are great and staff mostly friendly.     Horrifying - dilapidated hotel with health hazard

    Hotel is in dilapidated state.While the service provided was satisfactory, I must express my disappointment as I do not believe this establishment meets the standards of a 4-star hotel. In fact, I would hesitate to even rate it as a 2-star, finding it more akin to a 1-star property. As an Accor member, I had chosen to stay here for a single night before my flight the following day.Upon entering my initial room, I was concerned to observe the presence of mold and a distinct musty odor. I promptly requested a room change, which was accommodated. However, the alternative room presented its own issues, as the balcony door was unable to close properly. Consequently, I decided to cancel my reservation and relocate to another hotel. I found this to be the shabbiest hotel I have encountered.I am curious as to what may be occurring within Accor, especially given that the hotel itself does not appear to be particularly old. While my cash payment was refunded, the points payment was not. I intend to submit a formal complaint to Accor once my holiday concludes.Additionally, I suspect that the hotel may have restricted the uploading of photos online. Therefore, I advise caution when viewing the online images.
