Location

This beach hotel enjoys a very strategic location. It is situated in close proximity to the local shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. The white sandy Kuta Beach lies opposite the hotel and Ngurah Rai International Airport is approximately 15 minutes from the accommodation.

Facility

The hotel has 2 lifts and features 130 rooms and 3 suites. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Mercure Kuta - Bali is always a favorite place to stay during my visit to the Kuta area. Its strategic access to the beach, malls, and culinary delights makes this hotel my first choice when staying in the Kuta area.The check-in process was incredibly easy, with the staff being extremely helpful and helpful. Being an Accor Platinum member is a significant plus, and room upgrades are offered. Mercure Kuta even generously upgraded me to their suite, which offers privacy and a direct view of Kuta Beach.The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and very well-maintained for such a mature hotel. Special thanks to the staff: Ms. Ardi, Ms. Dwi, and Ms. Winda, who constantly asked if there was anything missing and what I needed during my stay. They made me feel like family.I hope to return to Mercure Kuta - Bali and experience the authentic Balinese hospitality that is a hallmark of the island and the Accor Group.Keep up the good work for the entire Mercure Kuta Bali team.

    The hotel is just across the road from the beach and close to the beachwalk mall. Hotel reception friendly and helpful. Fabulous sunsets from pool deck which has a large swimming pool and restaurant on 4th floor. Food and bar service available on pool deck.     We had a very nice stay at Mercure! Everything is really clean, the staff is super friendly and courteous. The breakfast has a lot of options and food is delicious. The infinity pool with ocean view is insane! Also a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Will definitely come again.
