    Great place for a total relax! Pools, restaurants with good food! Something for all ages, right on the beach. Also walking distance to many other good restaurants and Bali Collection Mall.

    We stayed here for 6 days as a group of 4 adults on an all inclusive package. The room was great but was let down by a balcony that was very narrow and had a concrete wall so once you sat down you couldn’t see out of.The bed and pillows were one of the best and most comfortable I have slept in and very clean. I have to agree with other comments on the lighting in the rooms as it is quite dark.The food and drinks were fantastic and we definitely had our money’s worth. Service can be a bit slow but the staff work very hard and provided excellent customer service and always with a smile. The sunbeds around the pool go very early and many people reserve them and are away for hours at a time.The children’s pool was being renovated so perhaps it is why there were children in every pool which does get noisy for those who want to relax and have a bit more peace. It would be nice to have one of the pools as an adult area as many resorts provide. Lots of the kids sat at the pool bar as well so couldn’t sometimes get a seat.The grounds are amazing and well cared for. Would definitely return.

    We stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed it.Friendly staff, they were super helpful and were great when we had issues with our tv and lights. Service at times could be a little slow, but very friendly staff.The facilities are great, pool beautiful, Thomas bit noisy at times and seats around the area get claimed early. There were some great activities such as aqua yoga and foam party which were fun.The rooms were comfortable and beds super comfortable.The food was good in the main restaurant, the buffet breakfast was great and included things like omelette and soup station and delicious fruits and pastries.A great location- easy to walk to markets and shops/restaurants and on a beautiful beach.

    We are a family of four l, we stayed at Merusaka for 2weeks. We booked 3 rooms. The location was amazing, it's a beach front resort. The atmosphere was nice and quiet. The staff came and clean the room every single day. They have free breakfast buffet in the morning end at 10:30am. The problems we had the first night was one of our room, supposed to be a honeymoon room, was a little bit annoying. The noise from AC, door slamming, TV, the views, it just wasn't what we expected. We talked to the manager Robby, he was great. He help us and my family switched a whole 3 rooms into a different building which was okay, we still dealing with noise from people slamming doors. But it was still nice that they were able to help. The laundry services is sky rocking 🚀. Get it one outside is way way cheaper. Overall it was good. Thank you to all the staffs over there. They were helpful and friendly
