Location

Located at the foot of Mount Agung in the tiny village of Tulamben in the northeastern coast of Bali, this club resort is about an hour and half's drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 30 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The bungalow complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a car hire service, a transfer service, 24-hour room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service. Bicycle storage is also available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, central heating and a fan. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features in the rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. Further amenities include an ironing set and a tumble dryer. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. With canoeing, snorkelling and diving available, the complex also caters to water sports enthusiasts. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout. After a long day, guests can relax in the wellness area, which features a spa and a sauna. Massage treatments are among the facilities available for an extra fee. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. In addition to breakfast, the complex also offers lunch and dinner à la carte. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The complex also offers special catering options.

    Very pleased with everything, rooms are clean, breakfast was tasty, warm and refilled well, comfortable beds, front desk super helpful and gracious to my travel-tired brain after a very long day on the road, it was a breath of fresh air and we loved it so much we are staying at another Hampton Inn down the road on our next stop.

    As always, my #1 stay Priority is to interact w Friendly people. This Property is staffed by Friendly people: my check-in was smooth and my late checkout was hassle free. The Pool Area is a standout! Both days I enjoyed hours at the Pool: it is well maintained and new lounge furniture was purchased recently..The town/area is nice and quiet and food options are nearby. Guest laundry on site, the Fitness Center has free weights, and my room was comfortable.

    Several issues which were never address

    I checked in at the front desk and Heather was very helpful. I asked to stay two nights I got up early and been taking care of my business. Returning to the hotel, I realized Heather had only put me down for one night not two my stuff was now locked in the room. My key no longer worked. Went down to the front desk and they said they knew what was going on and they re-keyed my card however, when I get upstairs, it didn’t work she had key for room 119. I was in room 219. It was becoming a bit of a hassle, but it became a big hassle, but I looked at my bank statement and I have been charged for three nights. I have made many attempts to talk to Heather the general manager. No luck generally speaking it was not a good experience after all.
