The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the pool from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station is also provided as standard. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a flatscreen television, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the resort, including cycling/mountain biking, a gym, a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, massage treatments and hiking. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

There is a café on the premises. A delicious breakfast provides energy for the rest of the day. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    The Villa is ideal for a family or those traveling with more than two person.Location is close to the center of Ubud which make it ideal if you want to walk or just make use of the free shuttle to the Center. Locations is close to shops and restaurants.It is a very good value for the money!Rooms are nice in a traditional Balinese style with semi modern touch. The bedroom and bathroom are both very large in size. TV and Wifi available. The view over the rice fields are great. Private infinity pool makes it even better. There is an outdoor kitchen for the ones that need to cook. There is possibilty to order food throughout the whole day and its made in house. The food is very good!The crew is very kind and always there to help.This makes the stay very enjoyable.We would definitely go back to this Villa. Motama has three more locations in Ubud which are smaller rooms for the budget minded travellers. If I could would give Motama and the crew 10 stars. We will miss them!

    The staff are amazing and the villa is great. We enjoyed the pool with the views of the rice fields. Shuttle service was very convenient. Again, the best part of our stay was the friendly staff that took very good care of us.

    This was probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at! The venue itself is beautiful, the individual villas spacious, with the most amazing half-open-air bathrooms, and individual pools (which my kids loved!).But what makes the place so special is the staff (a very special shoutout to Yumas!). All of them were so helpful, helping arrange everything/book/gather information.The food was also wonderful. With a great location and a view over paddy fields, it doesn’t get better than that!

    Highly recommended quiet two-storey villa over looking rice fields. Massive bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful infinity pool. Exceptional staff who offer a drop off shuttle to local areas on request - very much appreciated! High quality breakfast with so many choices - speciality, American, vegetarian, indonesian, smoothies - amazing! Hidden gem down a narrow driveway but you won’t be disappointed.
