    My stay was absolutely amazing, from the moment I have checked in - Doreen greeted me friendly and was very sweet.     Karolina and Mai are the best!

    Stayed at Hilton London Syon Park and Karolina and Mai really made the experience.Karolina was so attentive from the start. She was organised, friendly and made everything feel easy without any stress. She has a calm and professional way about her but still felt really warm and approachable.Mai was just as lovely. She was kind, welcoming and had such a positive energy. She made me feel comfortable straight away and was always happy to help.Both of them made a real difference to my stay. It is rare to come across service like that and they are a big reason I will come back.     Exceptional duty of care and Emotional intelligence and humility !

    I recently stayed at the Hilton London Syon Park with my husband and the service was truly world-class. I want to specifically praise Kevin at reception; his communication skills are outstanding, and he even messaged us before arrival to ensure we were prepared.I also want to thank Binay at the bar for serving us with such warmth. The most impressive moment, however, was when I accidentally spilled my drinks near the lift. Within a minute, Kevin and Tony (the Bar Manager) came over together to help me. Their humility and empathy were incredible; they didn't just clean up, but escorted me to my room to make sure I was safe and okay before bringing replacement drinks. Seeing them work together with such a high duty of care was deeply moving. A perfect stay in a beautiful location!"
