Superb, service were amazing!! All the restaurants staff amazingly friendly & very helpful, especially Rahayu, Komang, Sugi thank youu for your best service !! Room a bit dirty but still ok, stay here many many time repeatedly haha & love it. Thank you..

Room (5/5):Superior room a bit small for family but no biggie. Clean sheet and comfy bed. AC, hot water, safety box, and everything else worked fine and well maintained. Encouraging less plastic use by providing water dispenser was a plus.Location (5/5):Nested on the main road was very convenient from the get go. Surrounded by nice restaurants and only 15 minutes walk to the nearest mall. A convenience store at the lobby was very helpful.Service (4/5):Staff and even security was nice and accomodating. I would give full 5 if only check-in wasn't slow.Verdict:One absolute choice for staying in couple or small family given the appealing places nearby.

However, the highlight of my stay is always Mrs. Made. I had an excellent experience at Natya Hotel Kuta! The hotel is modern, clean, and stylish, with friendly and helpful staff and amazing manager thats name ''Hendra'' he help me for good experience in the hotel. It's perfectly located just a few minut from Kuta Beach and local attractions. The pool is fantastic for relaxation, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, great value for money – highly recommend it for anyone visiting Kuta!

good place to transit or staycation with your love ones,nice room with air condition work properly.the reception very helpfull. specially bellboy named Wahyu help us looking our medicine near by pharmacy. fast cek in and cek out and the price for the food is reasonable
