    Our stay at New Sunari Beach Resort was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and attentive service that made us feel truly at home.The resort is beautifully set by the beach, offering stunning ocean views and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Every detail reflects comfort and care.The staff deserve special appreciation. They are friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a sincere smile. The food was delicious with a great variety, and enjoying meals while overlooking the sea was a highlight of our stay.Overall, New Sunari Beach Resort delivered an exceptional experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful beachfront getaway in Bali. We would gladly return.

    I am reviewing this hotel named as New Sunari Lovina Beach Resort. Presume they had a name change.Not much positive to report.Booked a DeLuxe room. However the room is rather basic and in need of some major TLC. The bathroom is a joke, stained mirror,no curtain/shield from the shower over the bath resulting in water splashing on the floor. Shortage, and low quality towels, soap/shampoo run out of dispenser after 1 shower. Lack of electric plugs, only 2 spare when bedside lamps in use. Not a separate plug for hospitality tray, no creamer for tea/coffee.Ordered room service via the app at 21.48, got a confirmation code, after 40 minutes chased up reception and restaurant ; was told room service finished at 2200 hours, last orders 21.30?? Why did they give me a Confirmation code if the room service was closed?? Why didn't they send message that order wouldn't be honoured?? Very disappointed here so far after 3 hours. Let's see what the next hours will turn out to be.

    I spent three very memorable nights at this lovely resort in December of 2024.It was just perfect....I needed to rest up for a while during my travels in Bali and this was the perfect place for that....Facing the beach the resort was relaxing and the ideal place to chill out...My room was very large,clean and was serviced daily...Breakfast was served in the lovely dining room with sea views and provided a wide variety of food....Lunch and dinner were top class and all reasonably priced....The staff really made my stay so memorable...I want to mention Agus in the dining room in particular whom I met on my first day and who was so helpful in arranging a taxi for me to visit Singaraja.Agus really made me feel welcome.I want to mention another Agus as well as Marlo,Dion,Udah and Dina in the dining room and Amelia at reception...This is a lovely place to stay.I will definitely return and I am happy to award it 10 out of 10.

    I visited Sunari Beach Resort in early January, and it was great! The weather was better than in Bali, and we loved our time there. The resort is right on the beach, and it's huge. There are pools, and the main one is big and deep, which I enjoyed. The gym has good equipment for workouts.The food at the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was also nice, with plenty of fruits and local dishes. We took a dolphin tour directly from the hotel's beach, which was a fun experience.Our room was spacious, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was easy to contact them through WhatsApp. The resort is close to main restaurants, spa areas, and attractions like waterfalls.Overall, Sunari Beach Resort is a lovely place to stay. I highly recommend it!

    We enjoyed a wonderful experience checking in. We had asked when our rooms were ready well after check-in time. After 2pm. I arrived and found the electricity plugs weren't working. They were resolved. For a king bed, there were two pillows. I asked for ice and was charged $7.50 for a bucket of ice. For the rest of the day, ice is gold. Main course of grilled fish was inedible. It wasn't expensive but gosh it was horrid. Everytime I tried to explain my thoughts, the language barrier was so difficult I just gave up. Some people could have been in the restaurant and could have assisted with better English skills. It was a challenging situation. Day one, I will keep you posted.
