Location

This club resort is situated on Bisma Road, overlooking the Campuhan River, and it provides some excellent views of the rice fields. It is roughly a 10-minute walk from the centre of Ubud with its shops and restaurants. It is around a 5-minute walk to Monkey Forest, and approximately 35 km from Bali Denpasar International Airport.

Facility

Units include 15 rooms located in a 2-storey main building and 6 auxiliary buildings. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products. Bathrooms with wheelchair access can also be booked. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the hotel offers cycling/mountain biking. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym and yoga. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a breakfast room and a café. Guests can dine in a non-smoking restaurant with an area for smokers. Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option. A delicious breakfast is an excellent reason to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests can order dishes à la carte or choose a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Nicks hidden Villas the price was Great the room was clean & comfortable & quiet & the air conditioner was cool & quiet.It's a short stroll from the street & within walking distance of all the main streets. They give you a map which is handy if you plan on doing a bit of walking exploring the markets & restaurants nearby. The staff were helpful, this will be my go to place anytime in Ubud.

    I had booked 2 rooms for my family at nick’s hidden cottages in May. The day before my arrival in Ubud they sent me a message through booking (that luckily I saw quickly) to inform me they no longer had any room available for me. Ubud was pretty busy and the only alternative was to pay twice the price for something a lot farther out from the center. This completely spoiled our experience of Ubud. Given the price I had to pay last minute I suppose they resold our reserved rooms at a higher price and left us in the lurch.

    Very pleasant cottage. The name cottage sounds smaller than what it actually is. Nice bed, large bathroom. Personally I would have preferred just a shower instead of a bath tub in which you can take a shower.The small pool is nice for a refreshing dip.The young staff is very friendly. Breakfast is delicious. Choice between American/Continental/Asian.On walking distance from the centre of Ubud.

    It was an amazing setting with room tucked away through the rice paddy The staff very friendly and food delicious. The pool was was delightful. A short walk to other restaurants , shops and day spas.

    Very pleased we stayed at Nick's Hidden Cottages. Great rooms with views across the valley. Close enough to the centre of Ubud, but thankfully far enough away to be clear of the hassle and crowds that make Ubud difficult.Everything was good about Nick;s- breakfast was good, location was good, wifi worked well, pool was lovely. And staff were great. Highly recommended
