  Far the airport and nightlife, Hotel has a front beach so it's fine, pool is cold but still okay. Breakfast buffet is average. TV is outdated and water tap is leaking. All in all the hotel is old and needs a renovation.

  Perfect spot in town

  I get great deal by booking this hotel online. I did not expect such a great location and perfect spot in town! Facing directly at the Nusa Dua beach, surrounded by great restaurant, near by shopping complex. I went here with my husband and on our last night, we found a complementary cake in our room. What a surprise!

  If you're expecting 4 star experience you will be disappointed. Hotel needs a proper renovation done as it seems like last one was done back in 80's.Breakfast is average with a little variety. Location is quite good thought, with plenty of restaurants around and a nice white sand, wide beach.

  Spent two nights here with wife and children as I won a voucher a month before.(+) location, among the busiest part of Benoa and Nusa Dua.(+) limited breakfast variety but OK (+) access to the beach and some attraction(+) room is spacious but a bit lack of maintenance(-) pool was always cold(-) a bit far from airport, I suggest you rent a daily car to travel around(-) smelly corridor near the entrance and part of the restaurant

  We booked this hotel on Agoda whilst in Nusa Dua due other arrangements for accommodation falling through. I have been to Bali seven times and love to holiday there, I have never had a bad experience and don't write reviews until now.Unfortunately I have not one nice thing to say about this hotel. From the moment we walked into our room it smelt like sewage and mould, we thought once we aired the room it would go away WRONG, I left the shower head in the drain of the shower running every day all day to try and get rid of the smell, as soon as you turn it off it comes back. The room is not maintained well at all, it looked dirty and not somewhere I wanted to spend three minutes let alone three days, the only reason we stayed was because I had paid and friends of ours were staying in time share up the road so we could spend time there.I tried the shower one morning and it stank like sewage and the water felt like sea water on your skin, we resorted to having to use our friends shower.The pool might look nice in the photos however it was always cold because it never has any sun on it and to be honest after the shower water I wasn't going anywhere near it. Even trying to get towels was an effort as we couldn't find the pool attendant anywhere, took about 20mins to track him down, the only reason we wanted towels was to lay on the sun beds in front of the pool to escape our sewage smelling room, no reprieve however because the smell of sewage was outside and the beds were broken and in disrepair. I have no complaints about breakfast sure there wasn't much to choose from however the staff were happy to cook eggs for you however you prefer. The breakfast area however was dark dingy and no feel or vibe to it whatsoever a bit like the whole hotel really, plus you guessed it the added smell of sewage if you sat in the wrong place.Sure there is beach access from the rear of the hotel but guess what that is not a drawcard when you consider there is another fifty hotels on the same stretch of beach with access to the beach, so that means nothing.I don't think I really need to go into to much detail summing up my stay here. The hotel is beyond poorly maintained, the staff would need 20 Red Bulls before they might show some sort of enthusiasm, the place stinks like a sewage farm ( Like I said I have been to Bali 7 times & understand you get the odd smell, however this is beyond normal ) and to top it off my girlfriend who never gets sick experienced horrendous stomach pains whilst at this terrible place, previous four days at another hotel she was fine enjoying her holiday. Rooms are dated, mouldy & stink. The only reason I have spent so much time writing this review is to hopefully assist others with convincing them not to stay here, I can't understand how people could even bring themselves to give this place a reasonable review, maybe they paid them off I'm not sure. My advice if it counts for anything STAY AWAY A LONG WAY AWAY, the photos may make the hotel look reasonable however we'll you've read the above say no more. Unfortunately I had to give it a terrible which is a too higher rating however that is as low as it would allow me to go.Your sincerely never ever too return I'll cross the road when I walk towards it next time.
