    Comfortable room and enjoyed the pool

    We have stayed at the Ossotel previously. The pool access room is well appointed with comfortable bed and Smart TV. Direct access to the pool, although elderly or the ‘not so able’ may struggle to get out of the pool using the rooms steps. The pool itself is very nice, with warm inviting water. We did not enjoy the breakfast on the first day, so didn’t dine there again. The hotel has a rear exit that connects to a pathway to the beach, which is very handy. Overall, a pleasant hotel at a reasonable price.

    The Ossotel is so close to everything, the staff here were absolutely beautiful and friendly, the food at Romeo’s was so good, we got a pool connecting room and it was perfect. Our room was good spacious, bed was very comfortable. Staff were always happy to help us out at anytime. Great place for couples.     We found the hotel to be a great hotel in an awesome location being Legian, you are basically in the middle of everything, absolutely awesome shopping experience and not far from really anything, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, my wife and I had room service and we found the food lovely.The rooms were very clean and nice we had a pool side room meaning you open your balcony door and step off your balcony into the pool.Great stay Surya Cahyadi, Sales at Ossotel, responded to this review Dear Barry B,Thank you very much for your awesome review.We’re delighted to hear that you and your wife had a great stay and enjoyed our location.
