    Do not stay here it is absolutely disgusting, old and run down. Staff are not helpful, no hairdryers or kettle not even spare toilet paper. Towels and sheets are grey not white, beds are so uncomfortable I did not sleep all night. We check out after first night and moved to different hotel. They mucked our booking up had booked two rooms with balcony and was told only one available so had to take other room for one night before moving, we moved alright to another hotel. So much noise and the room sounded like it had a helicopter in it from aircon in room and vibration from aircon in next room. Yes I know it is only 2 star but that does not mean rooms can be filthy.

    This motel has gone down hill way to fast. We arrived to a room full of mould and smelly. They moved us to another 3 rooms with the same problem and no aircon we checkout the next day.

    Everything seems to be an effort for the staff at reception and at the bar and waiting the staff. I have spent an hour waiting to be offered a menu or a drink down at the restaurant on several occasions and had noticed other guests and even people walking off the street sitting waiting to be served there is often seven people behind the bar talking to each other if they’re not talking to each other they’re on their phones looking at something when I checked into the hotel. I waited 15 minutes. Whilst the young guy behind the reception desk looked at his phone. The manager came out and said are you being served and I said no and he quickly put his phone away. I went upstairs to this swimming pool. The umbrellas were over tipped over and torn and there’s two girls behind the bar looking at their phones they couldn’t even be bothered taking down the umbrella and putting it on the ground so that it could look more tidy. I met a guest and we had some drinks he paid or should I say for the drinks because I paid for him drinks the night before and when I was leaving I asked if they were paid for and I was told no. they didn’t refer to the computer but wrote down on scrap paper I what asked what I had and charged me. I tried to pay by card they were telling me the machine wouldn’t work would I pay cash? I said no I hadn’t brought enough cash then miraculously the machine worked.

    Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value. Everything worked in the room but could use new linen. Good breakfasts and terrific rooftop pool.     Very comfortable bed. 2 bottles of water a day. Rooftop pool. Fast room service & ice on request. Staff were lovely. Great location. Is next to bars who do karaoke each night till 11pm but they give you earplugs on arrival. I didn’t need them though.
