    What an amazing breakfast! Large room, pool and very nice

    Wow! Fantastic exceeded any expectations. The pool was nice, room was huge and had a kitchen, desk, sitting area. Bed was fine, seemed a little soft but good. Location was great as it’s near Costco for gas. And the best part- the breakfast! So many great selections and very delicious. Wish I could have stayed for longer.     I went here on business and I found the staff incredibly helpful! The rooms were extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable! I was able to give feedback to the manager about how pleased I was with my stay. The rooms are equipped with everything that you could possibly need (including refrigerator microwave and cooking utensils). I didn’t need any of that, but I was pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was given that it also has a kitchenette. Good job, Fresno, Clovis staff!!!     Friendly staff but paper thin walls

    Positives: clean, friendly staff, great breakfastCons: (which inspires the 3-star review) PAPER thin walls. I could hear every word the man in the next room was saying. (You can also hear the shower, toilet flushing, etc., as if they are in the same suite.) The man spoke on a phone (presumably, unless he was talking to himself) until very late. In addition, the thermostat did not allow for just the fan to blow, so I had to turn the A/C down to the lowest setting possible to create white noise in the room. Hotel only provides only one lightweight blanket, so I was freezing. Not a good night's sleep before having to arise to catch an early a.m. flight.     Hotel changed my reservation and didn't notify me

    I'm a Hilton Honors member and generally have good experiences at their properties, but this hotel taints the Hilton brand for me.I booked and confirmed a 2 Queen 1BR Suite here more than 2 months in advance. The night before my stay, I checked my reservation and saw it had changed to two separate 1 King studios. Surely this must be a mistake? I called the hotel and after some investigation, they basically tell me they messed up and gave my room to someone else. To make up for it, they were giving me two separate, smaller, non-adjacent King studios for the same price, and implied that because they were not charging me extra, this was a great value. No, splitting up my wife and 2 young children unexpectedly last minute is not great value. I just want the room type that I originally booked so we could all stay together with enough beds.I don't know if they are disorganized or just don't value their customers. The bottom line is they bumped my reservation, did not even bother to tell me, and could not or would not make it right. Will they do the same to you?
