Location

This exclusive luxury hotel enjoys a stunning location directly beside the long sandy beach of the picturesque fishing village of Sanur. A broad range of shopping and entertainment venues are to be found here. This popular hotel is located between the international airport and the commercial centre of Bali and is an ideal base for visiting the island's sights. The transfer to the airport takes about half an hour.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 4-storey building with a lift and 425 rooms. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Rooms

Rooms feature a living room and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball and basketball. With water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Paddle boating is organised by third-party operators. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, billiards, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a steam bath and a beauty salon and, for an additional fee, a sauna and massage treatments. Children are well looked after in the kids' club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a dining room, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive. Among the advantages of an all-inclusive stay are various offers, including a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    Nice hotel, well kept, staff is friendly, ready to help. Little bit dated, but you pay the right price to compare with other hotels 5 start. Right at the beach . Every day entertainment program. Walking distance to boats which bring you to baby reef for surf learning.     Not a 5* hotel do not book it. There are better ones in Bali.

    Bali. Hotel Prama Samur Hotel. I Would not recommend this, so could 5*, hotel to anybody. It is truly a 3* hotel in all respects. staff have no idea how to help. The hotel is old and rundown, other than the new built areas which we were not part of.The rooms are in disrepair, musky and damp with dust ingrained in the old wooden flooring and furniture. The electrics are old and lose with the safety deposit box not working. The small bath room was old and past its time, with the open shower flooding the area. However this was not the main reason for our complaint.On arrival we were told that the main pool area was under construction form the 6th January to 26th March. (the full time of our stay). They had not informed of this work until we had arrived. The pool area was squashed around the children's pool and this was unacceptable. We asked to move rooms but was told the hotel was full.Poor service and poor amenities makes the hotel only a 3* which was very poor value for money.     The Prama was the total package... friendly service, great facilities, scrumptious breakfast, enjoyable atmosphere and relaxing environment with plenty of entertainment on hand - including a nightly band and various other theme nights and activities. The The beachfront seating was one of the best on offer in Sanur with huge shade trees giving reprieve from the sun in a tranquil absolute waterfront setting. Coastal breezes also made this location perfect. Room 345 had all the amenities with fast flowing shower and cool air-conditioning, although our bed was a little overly firm, Plenty of great places to eat on site with handy warungs (Bobby's - great price, service, food, beachfront) and various restaurants nearby. A special mention to the lovely Kharisma, and her friends who greeted us daily with a warm smile and fabulous attentive service! Talia's Massage just outside the resort service entry definitely deserves a mention also - with air-conditioning, lovely staff and very fair pricing at 100,000IDR for a one hour Balinese massage.
