    Victim of this hotel and online booking apps

    I and my friend was visit this hotel last evening after booked my room about 2 weeks ago from an apps named AG*DA . How shocked we are that hotel reception said that they didn’t accept our reservation from that apps. Hotel said they already cut their agreement with that apps. So we are the victim of their dirty agreement because rules of the apps is cannot pay back our money and the hotel also said the same. I don’t know how they Maintanance their crab relationship then make so many victims of guests. My suggestion don’t choose the apps for manage your trip also don’t take that un responsible hotel

    I ordered a ticket on Agoda and paid (paid) but the hotel stated that the room was full occupied, even though I had booked a hotel in advance. Communication between the hotel and Agoda should confirm with each other and the hotel management should respond quickly if they don't want to partner with Agoda anymore. Until now, room openings are still available! Imagine that there are many people like me who will be deceived later, but here there is no way that both parties don't want to refund my money that I transferred through Agoda.

    I think Puri Asri Villa hasn´t fully recovered from Covid yet, there is work which needs to be done. I really liked the garden and the pool area, but I wasn´t pleased at all with the condition of my room in the beginning (cleanliness). I talked to the staff and they were really helpful, friendly and caring. The room got cleaned, the waterpipe got fixed, so that I could enjoy my stay in the end.

    peaceful accomodation very close to the Monkey forest. We enjoyed our 4 days stay here in a nice villa , the 2 swiming pools . they helped us a lot and we had a very nice stay. they only thing we did not like is that coming at night by foot from the centre could be a little tricky so we had to take a taxi

    My husband and I have been staying at Puri Asri every December for 19 years. We even stayed in the same room (101) for 17 of those years, even though new rooms were built. During this time there have been many changes, ie: new rooms, another pool, and new employees, but we keep coming back because of the wonderful staff that has been here since the beginning, and the special ones that joined the staff, & stayed, over the years. Having dedicated employees that are there for the guests, remembering and anticipating the guests needs outshine the ‘minor problems” that occur in daily life in the villas.Kadek, Choktri, Koman G., Jero, Wayan S., & Desak have been here since the early days, and they are the reason we come back every year. We miss Nyoman the Gardner, and so do the gardens....life goes on, we only can hope that these wonderful employees are rewarded for there service and commitment to this place. Without them Puri Asri would be another empty villa in Ubud.So thank you for you kindness, dedication, and continued service to making Puri Asri an amazing place to stay.
