    I’ll start by saying the staff are really welcoming and friendlyWe upgraded our room to the one with the pool in the pics. I’m 60 and the pool was unusable for me. It’s really dangerous to get in and out of. That was the first bad thing. We were warned about building works taking place 9am-6pm. This is not true. The works were still going on past midnight, loud banging and shouting. Totally unacceptable. Our last night of 3 was also ruined by the noise from across the road. Really loud music that went on late into the night.The worst thing is you get zero reply from customer service. I messaged twice to complain and am still waiting for a replyI’d stay elsewhere if I was you.

    Forget about relaxing here to many bad issues.

    This place looks great in to pictures but is absolutely not great in person. The first room we were put in had about a 25% Wi-Fi service and was old and run down the cupboard doors were sagging and the room smelt of cigarette smoke. the next room we were put in had been renovated to some degree. The new room Wi-Fi was about 50% there was construction on both sides of the hotel. Outside of our room about 5mtr from our bedroom window the construction was completely not acceptable. 3 of the bedroom walls were narrow glass sliding doors that could not be closed completely as they were old and seized leaving gaps of up to 200mm in some sections which made sharing the room with lots and i mean lots of mosquitos we put up with it for 3 nights and left the Puri Hiromi. I don't understand why the are not mentioning the constructions on either site of the hotel as it is very bad.     Not great ! Noisy !

    Located on Sthn end of Sanur, would have been better at northern end . Unfortunately located across the road from 2 competing restaurants that play EXTREMELY LOUD music every night ! And the music gets louder as the night goes on ! The residences were ok , lots of rust and peeling paint, needs a refresher. Pool was ok , colder as not much sun due to location.Staff were excellent!!

    A very pleasant stay in a great location. Very close to shops and restaurants and short stroll to beach. Would definitely recommend for a less expensive stay option. Rooms were clean. Staff were absolutely fantastic.     A Most Peaceful, Relaxing, and Enjoyable Stay - Thanks to the Team at Puri Hiromi!

    My wife & I had a most thorough enjoyable and relaxing six night stay at Puri Hiromi from March 28 to April 3.Puri Hiromi is very well located, being an easy less than five minute walk to Sanur Beach, which in itself was a very welcome change from the maddening crowds we experienced in Legian and Ubud.The residences are well maintained, clean, quiet, and comfortable.Our breakfasts, delivered to our residence each and every morning, were exactly as we ordered, with a number of items to choose from each and every day.The warm, welcoming, friendly, and helpful service provided to my wife & me by Lia, Irene, and many of their colleagues (we didn't get everyone's names, unfortunately) was an added bonus, and helped make our stay at Puri Hiromi even more special. Thank you to all from Margaret & me!An added bonus was Puri Hiromi’s very close proximity to Brasserie Republique, where my wife & I dined seven times in total for lunches and dinners during our six night stay at Puri Hiromi. Brasserie Republique is one of the most outstanding, best, and consistent (quality, service, and “value for money”) restaurants we have ever dined in during our four trips to Bali, going back to 2002.
