    Do not stay here! Unless you want to be hounded with phone calls for timeshare purchase. In a month have received 10 phone calls

    Great resort for FAMILIES! This is a partial time share property, Recently renovated. Rooms spacious, clean and kitchenettes. There’s also a pool side bar, plenty of towels, lounges and umbrellas. Grandkids had a grand time going down the slides, (lifeguards monitoring for safety)playing basketball and jump ropes. Pool temp was comfortably warm. Basic gym, free parking.***Friendly staff. We had a super fun time!!

    Had an just ok experience. The room we had was in the Canyon building at the end closest to the road. In the morning there was a LOT of traffic noise that woke us up early. The room had an adjoining door and we could hear conversations like they were in our room. Some of the amenities are showing thier age. The sport court was lifting up and the basketball rim was crooked,Bathtub in our room was in need of maintenance with the faucet coming away from the wall and caulking coming off.Pool area was nice but my 11 year old son hit is elbow very hard on the aggressive drop and sudden turns on the waterslide. We were there for a sport tournament so it was concerning.

    I will tolerate two nights, but frankly there are many properties that are much nicer in the area for about the same price! I took my shoes off and walked no more than five minutes getting ready for the shower and was horrified at just how dirty this place is. First, the buildings look like you are staying at a Motel 6. The smell throughout of some liquid they use for cleaning was an instant hit to my sinus. One hot tub was not working - yet you are paying full resort fees. If this is typical of Hilton vacation club; I will steer clear.

    Spacious two-bedroom accommodations with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and balcony made our stay very comfortable. While the property is a bit outdated, it was clean and more than comfortable for our needs.On a rainy day, the on-site gym was perfect for our family, with a basketball hoop, jump ropes, and hula hoops. The workout facilities had everything we were looking for, and the free laundry on each floor was a huge bonus that we took full advantage of.Our favorite part of the stay was the pool. The two water slides were a hit with the kids, and the heated pool was especially appreciated in December. Lifeguards Randy and Claire were wonderful. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and full of helpful information about both the resort and the Palm Springs area.Overall, this resort was a great fit for our family.
