    fabulous hotel with cozy ambiance, nice and spotless, I love to stay and recommend this hotel for every occasion. close to the town of Denpasar out of crowded area, room was quiet, relaxing nice and tidy. service excellent, polite and can fell warm welcome during check in time, breakfast was nice with lot of variety choices. Thank you, the only minus is a lacarte menu when you plan to have lunch or dinner take quite long to wait for food ready .

    Very Disappointing – Feels Like a Scam!This place was a huge letdown. The website creates a completely false impression of the rooms – what you see is definitely not what you get. We booked a room for 4 people through their own website, but when we arrived, there were only 3 beds. When we asked about the missing bed, we were told we’d have to pay an extra fee for the 4th person – even though we clearly booked for 4.The staff was incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the management told us flat-out: “If you don’t want to pay, you can leave.” Zero hospitality, zero professionalism.And their motto "#wearefamily" is honestly a bad joke – we felt more like a nuisance than guests.This felt like a scam, not a hospitality business.     My daughter and I stayed here for two nights and we both feel comfortable, the staffs are nice, always smiling and patient.. especially the room service server (he was really patient and friendly).The location is great and easy access to restaurants and local grocery.
