    Very accessible area and easy to get to. Beautiful entry and pool side area. Rooms a little tired and dark and room cleanliness average and one of our rooms had a musty smell. But the common areas very clean and tidy. Lovely staff and great service. Breakfast has great options with beautiful poolside views.

    Monkeys on property with a cold manager! Stay if you are Okie with both.

    The hotel is nice! Just that the people running it aren’t that great! I will tell you why! I flew from India to have a vacation with my kids at this hotel. We booked ourselves for two nights at this hotel however on the first evening during or stay we saw monkeys and monkeys tried to scare my kids which was a set back for kids and a mental trauma. We got back to the room and found a monkey stick in the room! Walking across the property and you see various signs asking you to be careful of the monkey!! So I contacted the manager who told me clearly that as I booked through booking.com they can’t be flexible it’s a non refundable booking and they can’t refund me the money! They told me this is UluWattu area and there are monkeys here. I told them as I am not from Bali they should mention it on the booking website that there are monkeys here. The manager Mr Esen ( I think that’s his name) was cold and didn’t offer any apology or compensation during the stay rather told me clearly no refunds you can speak with booking.com etc.. This was rude on human grounds! You can’t vacation under a trauma!
