    We booked 2 rooms and had requested a 2:00 PM check-in in advance, which was clearly states in booking confirmation letter. We arrived with elderly parent and two infants, but ended up waiting over 2 hours.Despite being told our rooms would be prioritized, other guests who arrived later were checked in first. We were asked to wait multiple times (2:00 PM, then +20 mins, then until 3:15 PM), and still the rooms weren’t ready.Very disappointing experience poor coordination and communication from the staff.

    This is one of the hotels that is really worth it. For the price I paid, I got a clean room and a fairly tasty breakfast. The pool area is also nice. This isn’t my first time staying at a hotel managed by Wyndham, and I always like them. The hotel has good facilities and service with a very worthwhile price. The thing I remember most is that the hotel has very comfortable pillows and a clean bed.

    Excellent hotel. We got an upgraded room. Rooms are clean, staff always smiling. Suggest better Indian breakfast options. Location is bit interior.

    Had an amazing stay at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Seminyak. The experience was truly wonderful from start to finish. The staff was incredibly cooperative, always smiling, and ready to assist with anything we needed, which made the stay even more pleasant. The atmosphere of the hotel is very calm and ambient, surrounded by a lot of greenery that makes the place feel scenic and refreshing. The beautiful swimming pool adds to the charm and is perfect for relaxing. The food was also excellent with great taste and variety. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended for anyone visiting Seminyak.
