  It's really nice, especially for those who have really good families when they're at the sn again, it's really friendly on the beach and there are souvenirs and I won't regret staying at Ratu, it's nice to get it...   Nice guest house, Today is my last day here by Ratu Guest House, I spent here two weeks with my family and I can only spend positive words. The rooms are comfortable and clean, every room has the air conditioning and they overlook the internal courtyard where you can relax and enjoy the small shared swimming pool.The staff is really friendly and polite.possibility to rent scooters directly on siteexcellent value for money

  My wife booked this hotel via booking.com and they also communicated with us via email for the confirmation. On the day of check in we got a another mail "your room is ready, we are waiting for your arrival...." when we were in KL airport, we got another mail from the manager "sorry we have not enough room so we could not provide any room today...." We had not any other options so we went to the Ratu Guest house directly from the airport. Manager were not present that time some other guy called the manager over the phone, but he said he cannot come right now but he booked another hotel for us. Already it was nearly 11pm so we had no other option so we went to "i Stay" hotel. After entering the hotel i saw the receptionist were sleeping (actually he was drunk) he wake up and he showed the room to us. I was disagreed to stay that hotel for the security reason because we were the only guest in that hotel. I strongly recommend, please do not stay Ratu Guest house for your safety.

  Small Comfy Guest House with A Great Value of Money

  Stayed last month for a business trip, this guest house was newly finished. Everything was clean, neat, and room facilities working properly. Ac was cool, bed comfy, and what i did not expect was they also had a pool. Love to hang at the pool to chill during the day while having a drink. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Compared to the price i paid, it was indeed a great value of money and will recommend this to my colleague.
