  TERRIBLE BUSINESS DO NOT BOOK

  Myself and my three friends (all females in our twentys) booked two double rooms the week prior to arrival. Upon arrival we were told there was only one room available and that two of us would have to find accommodation elsewhere. The employee admitted that this was the company's fault however, he did not attempt to help us find another place to stay, direct us to another accommodation or even apologise for their massive mistake. We have been in Bali for a week and have visited four locations and not once have we come across such ignorant behaviour from someone. I'm surprised their business is still running with this form of hospitality.

  Worst company ever!!

  After booking 2 rooms we were told on arrival they had given one of the rooms to someone else and they only had one room left for a group of 4 of us and so 2 of us would therefore have to find accommodation elsewhere. They didn’t give any explanation as to why they took our booking for 2 rooms when they didn’t have them and didn’t apologise once for their mistake. I recommend you do not stay here because you could be left on the street with no where to stay.

  will never stay here or book they cancelled my booking the day i arrived then tried to down grade me with no refund or even a discount. i checked if i could pay for this room 2 weeks prior they said no you must pay on arrival when i arrived they had cancelled my booking ............. and made out i hadent booked i pulled out my confirmation and showed them and they got the manager who tried to lie till i said i work in accomadation im a manager and i know how booking.com work they then said we sorry we put you in a single bed room i said fine but im not paying for a delux room then they said no you have to pau the same price i was like hey im not stupid i do the same job .............. they all went quiet i said you will need to find me other accommodation then they declined that also will never stay here as if you have booked make sure you dont get fooled by them they thought they were talking to just a normal guest that wouldn't know the rules and when they worked out i knew what i was talking about they decide to lie to booking.com and say my card declined they didn't even try my card as we didn't get that far as they didn't have my room they did this so they could get out of paying booking.com the commission for my booking............NOT HELP FULL AT ALL AND NOT TRUST WORTHY
