    My experience was not good at all, no proper service, smelly room Ac not working, frog inside room jumped on me. Property is not good for couples at all.Breakfast service was good though, rest I would rate it as 2 star only. The only good part was the pool area.

    Really friendly and helpful stuff. Good location and comfortable rooms. Centre is located within circa 7 minutes drive by motorbike. Swimming pool with a great view. Really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended for couples that want to have a quiet place within close distance of the centre.

    I strongly recommend this hotel/villa, especially if you're travelling with a big family or group of friends. We booked the whole place for our group of 4 families. Although the hotel only has 6 bedrooms and we needed more, they can accommodate our needs with extra beds.The top level (street level) has 3 bedrooms and a living room with a very nice view, one of the bedroom seems to be slightly bigger than the other 2, although all of them can fit an extra bed. The middle level has one bedroom with pool access, a large dining area, kitchen and a living room with a TV. This is where we spent most of our time and we felt at home. The bottom level has 2 large bedrooms but the stairs are outside of the house (next to the pool), so they may not be suitable for young children.Breakfast was amazing, we get to choose the main menu the night before, and they cooked it on the spot in the morning. We get to use the kitchen too and there were plenty of plates, cutlery, etc, so we ordered food delivery for dinner and enjoyed our own dinner gathering in the hotel, stress free. They also provided drinking water, which was very helpful.The staff were really nice, they were very patience with us, even when we asked to move some extra beds to the other rooms. They're also polite and helpful. The pool is great, the kids and adults enjoyed it. They also provided some pool towels. The deck needs some repairs, but this didn't reduce our satisfaction with the hotel, we just asked the kids to be careful when going into the pool. We hope they can fix this soon.Overall, we are very happy we found this hotel and would recommend this place.

    An Ambient, Peaceful Get-away

    Beautiful place, welcoming and well serviced. Excellent views, great breakfast, relaxing ambience. Very clean and lovely,comfortable bed, will definitely stay at River Sakti Ubud again. Caters for a visit for an extended family and is easy access to central Ubud.

    Great house resort but 30 minutes from Ubud

    The River Satki Resort is a great hotel if you want to get away from commercial places. It offer 6 large queen rooms, all with ensuites, AC, Fridges, tea and coffee facilities. Private chefs are on site to cook any meals, which were of good suze and great prices.The Resort faces onto the Satki River, farmlands and rice paddies. Waking up to rooster crowing or pigs eagerly waiting to be feed, is a unique experience. There is a sizeable pool, and it was lovely to be served breakfast on the pool deck. A free return shuttle service to Ubud town is available at 10am and 7am. With returns at 3pm and 10pm respectfully. Massage services can be organised on site. We had a 2 hour massage, scrub and rose petal bath for A$35pp. This venue would be good for groups holidaying together or family retreats. However, people with very small children need to take precautions as the pool is not fenced and there are several sets of stairs. The living room space was very large with good seating and fold back doors can close off pool areas. Some maintenance issues arose durung our 6 night stay with AC not working in 2 rooms, no water in 1 bathroom, fridge not working in another room, but staff were quick to take action and all issues were rectified during our stay.
