    Comfort, kindness and best value for money

    I stayed at the Double Tree in Suzhou for 45 day, it was a very welcoming experience and I was very well looked after by all staff. I was upgraded to a very large suite and had the perfect time whilst in there.     Quick visit back to my husband’s hometown

    This is by far the best hotel in Suzhou. Although the hotel isn’t in the most central part of town it’s within walking distance to the huge Wanda Mall (2 blocks away). I booked the most basic room and was very impressed with the size and layout. My husband thought I had booked the suite. We had one meal in the hotel - room service - dishes were local ones that my husband chose. They were very good and reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful and very professional. I hope the management maintain the current standards - very often hotels in the Mainland fail to do so and they hotels become very run down after a few years.Will definitely stay here again when we visit Suzhou next time.     Lovely Hotel. Great stay

    Stayed recently for work and really enjoyed the stay. The hotel foyer is fantastic and very spacious. The rooms are big and unlike some other hotels in China you can't smell any residual smoke in a non-smoking room. Large room, bath with separate shower and toilet and the room even had a little verandah/balcony which was a great bonus. Breakfast was fantastic with a great range of traditional and western and a lot of freshly cooked options as well.Wifi was great and my Hilton Honours was recognised.Thanks for the stay.     I stayed one night in December and security was tight as there seemed to be a global security conferencein progress, so i had to go through metal detection which is quite rare in China, and china happens tp be the safest country in the world. The room eas pleasant, although i eould have liked it to be warmer, but i guess the temp is set to 23 Celsius. The bed was very comfortable, however the shower spray nozzle kept drooping down. The rain shower head though was ok.check in and check out were very efficient. The room also had a nice outdoor porch with nice views. The staff were all very friendly and all willing to help. Will return mext tome in Suzhou.     I stay in this hotel many times. The staff are excellent and very friendly. It has the best swimming pool ! Room is roomy and clean. Excellent breakfast. It is conveniently located near a part and 10 minutes walking from Wanda shopping mall.
