The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

    Excellent hotel. Feels like the middle of the jungle, but you are only a cab ride away from all the gorgeous beachesWell kept gardens and beautiful romantic surroundingsLoved the pools and the staff is wonderful. Thanks to August for all his care and smiles

    Absolutely loved everything about this resort. Highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to sit back and relax. Day spa was wonderful, staff super friendly, restaurant fabulous.

    We had the best time at S Resorts Hidden Valley Bali – such a peaceful and relaxing spot! It was the perfect escape for our family, with beautiful pools, a great gym, and a restaurant that served amazing food at great value. We ate there a lot – every meal was delicious and well-priced.We stayed in the VIP room, which was super spacious with a huge bathroom, including an outdoor-style shower and a spa bath – so relaxing. The kids loved coming back to the resort each afternoon for the peace and tranquillity after busy days out exploring.The resort also has some fantastic extras – we made the most of the free shuttles to local beaches (like Padang Padang and Bingin), and I treated myself to a massage and pedicure at the day spa. There’s also yoga on-site, which was such a nice way to start the day.The location is great – central to all the southern Bali highlights like Uluwatu, Jimbaran Bay, and White Rocks Beach Club. So many cool places to check out nearby.A huge thank you to Richard and Jenny, the lovely hosts, who were so welcoming and helpful. All of the staff were friendly and super accommodating – nothing was too much trouble.We’d absolutely recommend Hidden Valley to anyone looking for a chilled, family-friendly Bali getaway. We’ll definitely be back!
