Location

The resort is located on the outskirts of Ubud and superbly positioned facing a breathtaking view of the Panaraga Giri River, rice paddies and tropical greenery. It is situated within a 20-minute drive of Ubud, with all its cultural and dining attractions. Guests will find the nearest shopping facilities around 15 minutes' drive away, while Sanur Beach is some 10 km from the property. The city of Denpasar is roughly 12 km away.

Facility

The 27 non-smoking rooms have a pleasant, inviting atmosphere. 9 villas/houses offer even more space and comfort. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops as well. Guests of the resort are welcome to relax in the garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features in the rooms. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) ensure optimal comfort.     First and foremost, the halls were FILTHY! I mean the awful trend of changing all lightbulbs to the antiseptic flouro ones highlight the worst aspects of anything that is lit by them -- in other words, there's no where to hide. Seriosly, the hall carpets were as dirty as could be and they had garbage all around the edges; just plain gross.Checking in was, sadly, a familiar scene with Rodeway Inns. An unprofessional person, looking like they had just woken up from a weekend bender, dressed in whatever they fell asleep in, and was as unprofessional in demeanor as their appearance.Do yourself a favor and skip this dive.

    the good: wifi- cheap kitchenthe bad: the managers were dishonest; unfriendly; liers; unkind; baligerent; racist; tried to rip me off. This hotel is charging premium dollar for unclean hotel; the hallway carpets are filthy; the room had a dirty floor; the refrigerator was chap and old; the electric range didn't work at first. didn't like the TV location; the place smelled of cleaning chemicals trying to hide bad smells. the breakfast area was very small. the elevator was looking unsafe and unclean; the drinking fountain was out of order. the service was the very worst i've ever experienced.1 star.......... should be negative 5..... do not go here. they should not be in people services business.

    Poorly maintained, bare-bones continental breakfast, and things like the elevator and water fountain don't work. The kicker is the cards given to us didn't work 50% of the time and the staff was uninterested in fixing the problem.

    TripAdvisor is very consistent most of the time and you will notice this hotel is very bad reviewed in this region. As far as I know this is one of the worst hotel options in Hayward and suggest you to look for other options if possible. Service is terrible and the person on the front desk needs additional training.

    Location of hotel is not bad, right across the street from a strip mall with restaurants and shops. The room was OK, except the floors were sticky throughout which made me wonder if it was just excess cleaning liquid or something else. Towel rods and towel rack above the commode are cheap quality and give the impression that they will come off the wall if you yank the towel too hard. They were also dirty and/or rusty. I also saw a millipede and a few earwigs in the toilet, which wasn’t pleasant.However, you do get a kitchenette and a decent bed at a good price, so I might stay there again if better quality hotels are not available. But I do wish they’d clean the floors and toilets properly.
