    Such a beautiful hotel! Everything looks very clean and well-maintained, Yulia and others staff seem incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location is just perfect.     The whole experience was fantastic. The staff were super friendly, the room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The on site spa was so relaxing and very professional. A variety of foods for breakfast. The pool was available for use all day. The free shuttle bus to a local beach was great although the walk was only 10mins.     Absolutely Fabulous. Clean. Modern. Spacious. A real delight. Ideally situated in Nusa Dua for both upmarket areas, beaches, local areas & where to experience the less trodden paths & at a fraction of the price of the so called 'superior' hotel "chains!"Staff absolutely, blown away fabulous, friendly, courteous & at all times professional who all give you that personal, you matter attention to detail. So very helpful (special thanks especially to Delpi for scanning documents back to UK for me)Fabulous food in Hotel Restaurant.All inclusive breakfast superb, buffet style with vast choice. Great 20mtr+ pool. Sunbeds with umbrellas, free pool / beach towels. Also free shuttle service to Beach. Bike rental available. Complimentary umbrellas should you hit rainy season.Some reviews mention 'tired hotel'....it's not a newly built hotel, has some slight dents but considering COVID, reduced tourism...this is a wonderfully great hotel & far exceeded our expectations.Spend your money wisely & help them out...unless you're too precious & only stay in false ' I could be anywhere' 5* hotels.

    feel like home, its santika, since arrival, meet security, front office, bell boy, staff at restaurant, pool attendant so warm and great hospitality, and for bed room make me deep sleep, variety menu for breakfast, oh ya we can rent a bicycle at nubike (lobby hotel) with 50% discount for hotel guest, 1 hour Rp.50 k.if we want go to beach mengiat just 7 minutes by walk or hotel have a shuttle twice time, at 10 or 15 o'clock,if we want eat Balinese chicken rice, we can cross the road find ibu oky, and we enjoy the traditional food 😁
