  Worst hotel experience ever

  The only good thing about his hotel was the staff who were helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel was dated, dirty (off white coloured linen, cigarette burns in furniture, torn sheets, mouldy shower, stained carpet), the a/c filters needed changing and it was extremely noisy through the night as a full on party was taking place a few rooms down from us. No one seemed to care and stop it! The lake was dirty and the hotel exterior was covered in bird poo. I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel.

  A bad experience in Baku

  The pictures do not represent the reality. The place is not clean at all, the view is on a swamp not a lake, and the rooms are just not as per pictures posted! The staff however were nice. The location of the hotel is just far from city centre. It needs ~15 minutes by car and.

  We spent 4nights in the hotel, everything was good, we used private spa and pool it was also clean and nice. Breakfast was good, the best point of this hotel is reception and restaurant staff, thank you Narges😍 the loxation is 5 minuts walk to bus stations and about 45 min bus trip to old city

  The worst hotel I ever tried as first they want to keep our passport who will allow that?, problem at check in no respect to customer, we ask for upgrade they just let us feel like we are not paying or we will steel something, then at the room no coffee machine no hot water so you start your morning without decent coffee, toilet door nob at room 212 broken when we complain they try to blame us, at second night there was some ceremony they promise to finish by 9 but all the noise up to 11 pm, then one day we had dirty sheets ask to change it they said it will cost us 10 manat you can put all this aside but no one can speak english in professional way or communicate with you with respect, even their breakfast poor quality no variety of food and even during breakfast no coffee if you request some they will give you sachet one, if I did not pay them and I could take my money back I would not spent a night.

  nice for some days

  I've stayed for 3 days and overally, it was a nice hotel, with friendly and helpfull staff. Lake is not as beautiful as pictured. Breakfast was very delicious. Very nice and clean spa center and hot tub. Beautiful garden
