Location

The hotel is located just 5 kilometres west of the renowned artists' colony of Ubud, Bali. It is just 45 minutes' drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport, at a distance of roughly 35 km.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 8 rooms. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk provides a smooth check-in/check-out service. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a newspaper stand, medical assistance, room service and a laundry service.     Aircon Not workING ROOM HAVE DUDTY ELECTRIC FAN

    Stayed for 3 nights in room (312) when we arrived ders a dusty electric fan .. aircon wasnt working , we told reception d following day about it she said that the temp should be on 22°.. so dat night we followed wat she said still we slept in a room and felt like we wer in a oven(AGAIN!).. the following day they resolved d issue and moved us on diff room,the other room when i go in ..the shower floor is wet and ders a dirty boots foot print(i didnt bother saying it as all we want is an airconditioned room for our last night)...I JUST REALIZED dat they are a CHANCER..ders a reason why ders a DUSTY electric fan on our 1st room...coz d aircon doesnt really worK, if we didnt complain then its allright that they sell a room without aircon... NEVER coming back! Be warned.. check d airconditioning 1st and if thers electric fan its D SIGN!!!🫣🥵

    Frustrating bad Stay hotel!

    Very frustrating stay, I didn’t get the services for what I booked and paid for! 3 days of staying without cleaning the room or changing the towels! I was sleeping covered with 60cm bed topper! Which made me very very hot during the night! I had no soap or shower gel! I was insisting to the receptionist to sort out my room, I asked even the cleaner, but it end with no response at all! drain cover was missing, and cocorotes were on the toilet! My room window was facing owesome view to the buildings shaft, surrounded with air conditioning compressors running, and lots of pigeons whispering day and night.I contacted the hotel management directly, and through email to ask for compensation for my bad experience, but! They never answered.

    We booked our hotel through Love Holiday and we stayed for 3 nights. We received a lovely welcome from staff on arrival and were quickly checked in. The room was on the fifth floor with its own terrace. The bed was extremely comfortable and a king size. Plenty of pillows. The bathroom had a large warm shower with toiletries and hairdryer available. There were coffee and tea making facilities There was air conditioning in the room. Breakfast was excellent with a fantastic selection of hot and cold food buffet style. The hotel is ideally located for all attractions Faro has to offer

    We had a great stay! Price versus quality and service is correct. Staf was very friendly. Breakfast is good but the same every day. The location was perfect for us, you can explore the central city on foot. There are nice shops and pubs nearby.

    Directly next to the main avenue in Faro Centre. Hotel looked slightly tired in places but nothing that impacted on my stay. Bed was comfortable but bathroom very small. Disappointed that although there was a kettle in the room, only 2 teabags & sugar were provided. Would have been nice to even have a black coffee in the morning. I paid for breakfast on the last morning which was a decent offering although the toaster, espresso machine and orange juicer were complex to use. I was given a balcony which i was grateful for but this was literally just enough room to stand out on - no furniture but would be appreciated by smokers/vapers. Staff were pleasant. Board games are available at reception and a small bar which was rarely utilised.
