  I am completely disappointed with the service. The bedrooms smell like molde and they are dirty. My husband and son that suffer with allergies had a really bad time here. You get from a long trip and the bedrooms don’t have tower, you need to ask them to send them and you wait for hours to receive them, if the cleaners get the dirty/wet towers, they don’t replace them with new ones. I got myself naked with 2 kids and no tower to dry us.There is no security, they don’t have a control who is in each bedroom. They gave me twice keycard to go inside the bedroom that already have people in there. And worse 2 of my family members had the door open overnight. And one day someone open the door when my sister in law just had come out from the shower.The food is repetitive and there is no variety for kids. And worse we find a fly inside the coconut pudim. The employees are not prepared for the amount of people in the hotel so they can’t put food quickly enough or cutlery, you often need to wait to get cutlery or food. The fridge doesn’t have water, if you want water overnight you have to walk until the restaurant to get 200 mL cups that they provide, what is really annoying when you have kids.The internet stops working often and you need to reconnect every time to be able to do something.There is a carpet between restaurant and the main building that stinks as hell. Although, the building has ramps, they are not really accessible, it is really hard moving around with the pram and I can’t imagine how would be for a person in wheelchair.The baby kitchen/room is disgusting and the sink is really dirty and clogged. In a overall you can see how bad the management is and how the employees are unprepared, Once for all it is not worth for the price that you pay.   I would get back there next new year evening!

  As I am now a family guy, my priority is my family(wife and 4 years old boy). This hotel has satisfired the whole family. All kind of pools were available and Tennis, voley ball, and soccer fields available as well. Gym and so on... fitness guys could be very happy here. The Manager, if I am not wrong, named as Daniel is very good guy and made us few very confortable during our stay.The room has plenty of space and could accomodate all 3 of us.The new years evening was amazing... kind of fancy place with live music and good food and drink. I would definitely go back there! I would also recommend people to visit the city of Poços de Caldas! I reallly love it.   Decent value for money

  The hotel is ok. Great for the summer, not as great in the winter, due to only 1 indoor pool, thats smells like a sauna and is way too hot & full. The pools are great, with a big slide going into one. The playground is nice, but not amazing. The food is good, but makes you feel like you´re at a cafeteria, not a restaurant. However, even though they have hours for meals, they are quite flexible with children, and made my baby boy a special puree with potatoes & carrots.   This hotel is a country hotel with 3 pools 1 indoor heated pool that they claims to be two. the rooms were clean and spacious. The TV was displaying a message to legalized thei plan, which was odd. Also if you need internet in your room forget it. It doen't work. We won a amusement park ticket that is next to the hotel.   No representative of the famous "mineira" welcomed ...

  After checking in a famous Brazilian magazine and the hotel's website my family and I decided to spend the weekend in this hotel. We were extremely disappointed soon after arriving at the hotel. The rooms are extremely old and the bathroom is a part of the attraction, at least what I got was small and I recommend bring your flip flops to face the shower. But the worst is the restaurant that has nothing to do with the video website. The restaurant looks like "bandejão" at breakfast and all meals are prepared in a manner so disorganized. Not to mention that the hotel in that occasion was full and it was a torture to be able to serve. A real mess. Lunch and dinner are also disappointing and are not representative of any local food because Minas Gerais is famous for good and comfort food. Totally tasteless and repetitive. But I also reckon that there is a positive side for this hotel when we decided to spend only one night instead of the weekend, the reception returned our money because we pay in advance to stay for the weekend and they only charged a daily.
