Location

Being located on Segara Ayu Street, Sanur Bali, directly on Segara Ayu beach, the resort is just 1.5 km from the town centre which features Hardys Shopping Centre and a tourist information centre. It is approximately a 30-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 120 rooms. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the 24-hour reception desk. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room, a playroom and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. Complimentary newspapers are available.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. A balcony or terrace is a standard feature of some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For guests' convenience, units include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Other features include a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge). Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Whether more active or in need of rest and relaxation, guests can unwind at the pool complex, which includes a children's area and a total of 3 swimming pools. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball and volleyball. With water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, canoeing, sailing, kayaking, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards and yoga. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and a beauty salon. Subject to charge: massage treatments.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast every day, and a set menu can be ordered at lunch and dinner. Halal food and kosher food can be prepared on request. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    As a couple and family we have stayed in many hotels on Bali over the last 30 years. I honestly think I’ve found the best mix of location and facilities here at Segara Village. I would definitely return We stayed in a bungalow and it was great apart from the floor being very shaky upon any slight movement. Bed was firm but comfortable.     We had a family bungalow with our room on the ground level with a large outside area and our daughter had her room directly above us ( no outdoor area of her own ) , both had ample wardrobe pace and a nice bathroom . A great place for a relax. Great aircon and had everything we could want in it .We loved this place, specificallyThe lagoon pool was just the right temperature and big enough for us The staff were always smiling, saying hello and always as helpful as they could be The grounds are beautiful especially at night The rooms had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable The location, it’s close to many cafes, restaurants and shopping and it is so quite at night it was just so peaceful We hardly spotted a mosquito, they were around but rarely seen Any request we had was promptly provided all with a smile The breakfast. this was nice without being special What we didn’t like Nothing Segara Village, Pemasaran at Segara Village Hotel, responded to this review Dear sarrowsm58,Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and wonderful review following your stay at Segara Village Hotel.We are truly delighted to hear that you had such an enjoyable first stay with us, and even more so that it won’t be your last.     This was our first time staying in North Sanur as we normally stay further south (which we prefer). Accommodation was nice, rooms clean but a little small. Loved the shower (not over bath) but bathroom needed another shelf as there wasn’t enough room around the sink area to put our 2 toiletry bags. Gardens were lovely as was the lagoon pool area but trying to get a drink near the pool was hard. They definitely need to staff this area more frequently. Buffet breakfast was good and we had dinner a couple of times at the Byrd House which I highly recommend.
