The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services and facilities include a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus.     Such a bizzare and unique exprince

    We have been travelling for the last 10 days across different locations for a recce related to our upcoming season. Based on the positive Google reviews, we chose this property for our stay. However, our experience fell far below expectations.We arrived at the property around 12:45 PM. The moment we entered the lobby, the staff were ironing bed sheets right there, which felt quite awkward and unprofessional — unfortunately, this was only the beginning.At check-in (around 1:00 PM), we politely asked if an early check-in was possible since it was just one hour before the standard time of 2 PM. Initially, we were told the room was not ready, which we completely understood. But a few minutes later, we were informed that early check-in charges would apply if we wanted the room at 1:15 PM — just 45 minutes before the standard check-in time.What surprised us even more was when the staff told us that their manager could waive the early check-in charge if we gave a 5-star review immediately, before even experiencing the stay, amenities, or hospitality. This was highly disappointing and very unprofessional.We eventually received the room. The room was old, though spacious, with an attached kitchen. The lagoon pool is definitely the property’s main USP. However, despite having a lagoon pool, the resort did not provide bathrobes, which was unexpected.Inside the room, the phone was not working, and for every query or request, we had to physically go to the reception. When placing a room service order, we were told payment could be settled during checkout, but when the order was delivered, we were asked to pay immediately — another inconsistent and inconvenient experience.Another major disappointment was that the kitchen closes at 9 PM, which is unusual for a resort property. The next morning at breakfast, there was no buffet, just three basic items: fruits, noodles, and coffee, with no alternative options. For a resort, this kind of limited offering is quite shocking.I have been travelling for over 15 years, visited around 70 countries, and this is my 6th time in Bali. I have never experienced such a bizarre and poorly managed property. While the staff were polite and welcoming, the resort as an organisation fails in almost every aspect of guest experience.I fully understand how important reviews are in this industry, but not in the manner in which it was asked from us. I genuinely did not want to give this rating, but I believe it is necessary so that the management can introspect and improve. I hope the property takes this feedback constructively and provides guests with a better, more value-for-money experience in the future.

    humble staff and very good quite lagoons to who needs calm and comfortable atmosphere the service is good, and for the sheet pilow and towels i think its new because have a good white colour i hope this hotel can better from better deserved the best from the best 👍

    WARNING DON"T STAY HERE, Dirty and unhygienic.

    Terrible, avoid staying here.Very dirty, blood-stained pillows, holes in sheets, bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned.Photos are misleading and dishonest. Had to find new accommodation after just one night and would have sooner if I could have.

    This is one of the best places I've ever stayed. It's minutes from the hustle and bustle, buy far away enough to be quiet and tranquil. The small amount of accommodations make it an intimate stay. The staff is the most courteous and kind staff I've ever had the pleasure of staying with. Cannot wait to visit again.

    I wish I had not just looked at the rating and actually read the reviews which are screaming that this is a horrible hotel. I've realised that it must have been good before Covid but after it resumed services it's been pathetic.The hotel seems cold and unwelcoming. The staff is rude and unfriendly. I think Robert at the front desk calls the shot and is straightforward and no nonsense. No hint of service or niceness, he seemed to be more intimidating, bordering on threatening. While checking in all he told us was what not to do, and took 200k deposit. I've not had to pay any deposit in other hotels so far.It was also their bad luck (much more so for me) that I've just come from a fantastic resort in Ubud where the service was exceptional. You unintentionally start drawing parallels and this place fails miserably. I hate these warning boards with prices of everything in the room, although I had to call him to show him that many things in the room were already damaged so he wouldn't blame me and extort money. The sofa has a cigarette burn and stains. The towels are tattered, we asked for replacements and got the exact same towels again, they look about 20 years old. Look at the size of the body wash. They gave us one of this and a shampoo of the same size for 2 people and 3 days of stay. We've had to ask them to send these miniatures everyday when we have to shower. No body lotion, sanitizer, toothpaste, robes, no toiletries or facilities.They don't have a room service menu. When I called to order he was being smart and asked me to first tell him what I wanted without looking at a menu. He brought a hand written bill and demanded money immediately, not like adding it to the room. Despite having a deposit already. Tonight we came back to the hotel exhausted and decided to have room service for dinner. They informed me they had already closed room service. At 8:30 pm! We arrived at 8:30 and they had already closed the kitchen, during dinner hours! I was livid because there are no restaurants around due to the desolate location. I finally had to WALK to Ramada hotel a few minutes away in the dark as the streets are not lit.The room itself isn't so bad. It's decorated beautifully and has a kitchenette where you can cook also. They provide dishes and cutlery in the kitchen which helps. The bed is not comfortable and the pillows are thick and hard. We requested them to change the pillows and they said that's all they had.Breakfast is only from 8-9 am. They served us fried rice in plates. No other choice. The room doesn't have a full coffee kit, they had no milk powder so I called to request some, they said they don't have any. I asked if they could then send the breakfast coffee to the room, they refused.They have no will or intention or interest to serve their guests. You book a room, it's your problem now, we don't owe you sht kind of attitude. I only saw Robert when we checked in, the rest of the time there are clueless teenagers manning the front desk who don't speak good English and don't seem decisive or solution oriented.Don't trust the ratings. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in. And if you check my other reviews you'll realize that this is the only bad review I've written.
