    We have stayed here for the last 7 years while visiting Bali, we love the location. If you are looking for five star this is not the place for you but a good location at a reasonable price this is just the ticket.

    Great location with the beach and its wonderful choices of beach bars and eateries less than 5minutes walk to the left and a wide range of restaurants and bars to the right and even a nightclub (Datdash) that is open until after 9am hidden away above a restaurant right across the road (You would not know it was there unless you were told about it.The shop staff are not too pushy at all in this area and do not hound you like they do in other areas.Short cheap bike rides to all other locations of Seminyak centre, Legian and even Kuta.Now onto the hotel itself. Probably the cheapest hotel per night in the area. Clean room, cold aircon, decent water pressure, room made up and water replenished each day.Staff seemed friendly enough, did not see much of them at all, as I didn’t require anything.I did see people in the pool and I used the loungers so get some early morning sun, however there was afew times the pump was not on and the surface did not look appealing what so ever.The room I was in, had not been renovated, others in the group had and they were very nice and modern.The pool bar was closed (probably seasonal), the main bar did not open until 3pm (not a big deal, a short walk to the right would take you to The Lucky Day sports bar) and there was not a 24hour restaurant as advertised on booking.com (slightly disappointed as I don’t mind a late night snack when I arrive back after a full on evening).To sum up, for the money you do not expect much. You hope for cold aircon, a clean room and the ability to have a shower and it delivers on that (If the bar opened earlier we may have used this as our meeting point to start the day as with all groups people get up at varying times), all up value for money and definitely a decent base.

    We stayed recently, the hotel has aged a bit and the decor might be a bit dated but so what.The room was cleaned every day, clean bed and towels. The staff were super friendly and were always willing to fix any issues.Yes the plumbing might smell from time to time ,but if you wish you can burn an incent , guess what your in Bali!Enjoy

    We arrived here, this morning. Got into our rooms and it smells like a human body has been decomposing for a week in there, all three rooms we booked smelt so bad we couldn’t even stand in it. They are refusing to refund our money and are charging us as they are saying we “used” two rooms due to moving a towel from the bathroom (which had dirt and dust everywhere by the way) and my friend sat down on a bed, apparently ruining the sheets, which were already gross. And we had ants in one of our rooms. This hotel is nowhere near up to OH&S standards in any country and is unsafe to live in. Save yourselves the time, money and hassle of this place as they will rip you off and give you horrible service and rooms in a horrendous state. Don’t go here, they have ruined our trip.
