    Outstanding Every request dealt with straight away. Lovely people working - it’s like a big family, nothing too much trouble, sad to leave, look forward to returning. Great outside space and pool, and privacy as the 2 bedrooms were in different buildings. Absolutely wonderful. Fabulous time 🙏

    Words will not describe how unreal this villa and the staff of the villa bugis are. From their amazing cooking to organization of day trips you need look no further you will not be let down. The villa was kept clean daily by the staff and all maintenance up to a high standard. Kept safe at night by security and they have your well being on their minds at all times. All your needs for a great holiday. Will be returning !!

    This villa is the most beautiful accomodation we have ever stayed in. So clean, tidy and overall stunning. The staff are exceptional, they go above and beyond for anything you need and are genuinely lovely people. Our breakfast was provided every morning (very tasty) and highly recommend the in house dining. The pictures of this villa do not do it any justice it is simply beautiful. Walking distance to a lot of reputable restaurants and shopping. If there were more than 5 stars to give I would definitely give more. Can not recommend enough!

    Stayed at Villa Santai with a big family group and couldn't recommend it any more highly. Really beautiful Villa with private rooms, big pool, great living area. Staff were unbelievable, will be back for sure.

    Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Incredible for money! Family of 8, age range 13 to 50, organised through Cantik. The villa is absolutely stunning!!! Plenty of room for 8 people plus. The pool is large and the gardens are beautiful. Each room has own bathroom and the living outdoor space is a great common area. Villa included freshly made breakfast every morning and cleaning every day, the staff are so so nice and are very respectful when everyone is in the villa together. The food is delicious, we would highly recommend the in house dining experience, the mie goreng breakfast and the pancakes. The staff assisted with booking us a tour and activities with a brilliant safe driver in a nice car, and the staff also help with booking any other transport. They also organised a birthday cake for me as a surprise! Security is always on alert and you feel very safe. Heaps of insect repellent and strategies are provided. Will be coming back! Thank you so much!
