    Great place to stay.

    This BW+ is a great hotel. Clean, nice rooms/beds/bedding, all necessary amenities. Rooms equipped with coffee, micro, fridge, iron/board. DAILY Housekeeping is standard. Full breakfast buffet with many options, both hot and cold and a clean well maintained eating area.

    I give honest and fair reviews. This hotel needs a lot of work. We walked into the hotel to check in, we were abruptly greeted by female employee- all she said was, “LAST NAME??” Didn’t even look up at us, not a good evening, a smile, nothing. Not a good start. The lobby has a strange odor. We could not figure out what it was but it’s quite unpleasant. We got into the room- it’s a bit tired looking. The bathroom really needed a better cleaning. I will show pictures. The shower- typical old school tub shower. But we could not work the shower- you needed two people to pull out the mixer to use it. Had to be repaired while we were there. Metal bed frames full of dust and webs. Come on, you can do better than this Best Western. The coffee station area mustnt be 24 hours as it seems that after 12pm it’s all cold coffee. The parking lot. When pulling into the hotel at night, it’s DARK. It’s dark from the street and the parking lot has no lights. Several big trucks parked in the lot. All a strange set up there but very dark.     I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. If it were possible to rate the front desk staff assistance and room quality with zero stars, I would. During our 4-day and 3-night stay, the bathroom in our room had inadequate plumbing (the sink took over 10 minutes to drain) and more than half of the electrical outlets were non-functional. Furthermore, we were in a room designed for disabled individuals. Despite raising these issues with front desk staff members Sonia and Alyssa, and even writing an email to Joshua Hacck, the General Manager, our concerns were not addressed. Our request for a discounted rate was refused on the last day, as was the offer for an alternative room each day. The only commendable aspect of our stay was the service provided by the food distribution staff, particularly Ms. Lupata. Joshua Haack, General Manager at Best Western Plus Chicagoland - Countryside, responded to this review Thank you for your feedback. It is regrettable to hear of the issues you faced during your stay. While we did offer to have maintenance check out your issues or even switch the room the next day it was refused. We strive for all of our guests to have a satisfactory experience on every stay.     Rooms very incomfortable. Prices are too high. Breskfast was not bad. Staying here was a last minute decision. I would not go here again.room was clean. Bed very uncomfortable.I am a senior.     Furniture old and eaten away so that particle board disintegrating. Desk chair unstable as bd uncomfortable.
