Location

Located in the heart of Sanur, around 100 m from the city centre. The resort is also 20 minutes or approximately 5 km from Denpasar, the capital city of the province of Bali. The hotel is a minute’s walk (around 100 m) from the beach, so guests can enjoy days spent lazing in the sun, trying out watersports, discovering the local beach market or restaurant. For the shopping enthusiast, it is also located close to boutiques, gift shops, a supermarket as well as bars and night clubs. Ngurah Rai International Airport is just 20 minutes from the hotel (approximately 10 km).

Facility

27 rooms are available to guests. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Typical balinese style accommodation, rooms were spacious, kept clean and had everything we needed. Staff were lovely and really looked after us. It was close to beach, supermarkets and massage spas. Would definitely stay here again

    A small hotel with no restaurant located very close to the beach in Sanur.Our room was in one of the villas rather than the main hotel building . These villas are roomy with larger bathrooms TV fridge and clothes storage .We had both a bath and a shower and lots of counter space for our items .The staff keep the comunity areas clean and nicely landscaped the property although a bit of maintenance is needed here and there .The pool area is small and often there were no beds available after 10.30 am and the water feature flowing into the pool often stopped working but it’s still a nice area to sit and relax .There are restaurants very very close by ( a Chinese one is practically attached to the pool area ) and you can purchase breakfast buffet at a hotel across the street 1 min walk away for about £6.50 each and it was very nice .The grounds of the hotel are traditional in style and quite lovely esp the room doors witch are stunningly painted and carved however the staff tend to keep their cleaning equipment just lying around all day and it kinda spoilt the view a bit in addition to to this the owner lives on site and her family dog barks occasionally in the early morning we were in a room very close to where the dog was kept tied up on a long leash so that may not be such an issue for rooms further away There is no safe in the room however there is a room next to the front desk where you can rent a safe box but the staff have to open the main compartment for you then leave you to unlock you personal box it’s not really an issue as there is always staff about 24/7 Would I stay here again yes I would the location is great the price not bad and the villa rooms attractive if you like the wooden style . It’s a quiet hotel with no bar or lounge area no entertainment but it’s close to everything and I enjoyed my 18 night stay - note my friend arrived a few days before me and stayed in one of the main hotel rooms not a villa he said it was on but the view sucked and the aircon did not work as well as it should have so he would not have stayed in that room again .

    The hotel is spread over multiple buildings. The standard (unrenovated rooms) are in a 3-storey ramshackle building next to a busy roundabout and road while the ground floor renovated rooms are scattered around a Balinese temple and a bigger area. All doors have beautiful intricate golden carvings. The gardens are pretty and the feel is traditional Balinese. The pool is very small for that many rooms (3 x people and it's full), facing the road and at the back of the Chinese restaurant and 100% in the shade in the afternoon. It is a well run, very clean property with very friendly staff. There is road noise and music from live music and the Art Hotel opposite, so the further from the road, the better. It is a good option for a few days, especially at that price point but there are other properties with more of a resort/holiday feel.

    We stayed on second floor which was a quiet big room but no good view at all, no terrace such as on the base floor. The best stay here is on the base floor with a garden or pool view, own terrace where the next door is Chinese resto. The hotel located at near to the beach, walking distance is about 300 m. Close to the restaurants and the famous Massimo restaurant. the room lights are required to be upgraded as a hotel standard, reading lamps and side tables lamps should be provided, also telephone room.

    I enjoyed a lovely stay here. A Junior Suite, downstairs and poolside was a perfect location, room 1.The room is spacious and kept tidy by a good team. Clean bathroom with a rain shower or in the bathtub shower. The bed was very comfortable with pillows to match. If you look hard enough you can see the aging of some of the ornate timber, but it's minor. The room was very good value overall and located well, also quiet, which was a pleasant surprise given the proximity of the roundabout nearby.Safe is in the lobby and breakfast over at the hotel over the road.
