The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Perfect location and great staff

We could not have picked a more perfect hotel to base ourselves in for a short break to Florence. The location was ideal, being only a short walk from all of the places we wanted to visit and some excellent restaurants. The hotel itself was beautifully clean and the staff were superb - really knowledgable, helpful and patient considering they must get asked the same questions every day. The restaurants they recommended for dinner were literally within a minute or two of the hotel and each one served great food in different but excellent atmospheres. Breakfast was buffet-style with the option of additional cooked eggs and the coffee was great. All of our needs were met by this fantastic hotel. Highly recommend!

A superb experience! Very professional staff, in a traditional environment that just "felt" like Florence. Very conveniently located, but on a piazza, so there was no local traffic noise. This was our second stay here, and we will definitely come here again.

I have stayed at this incredible hotel before and I was delighted to see that it remained equally as incredible as the first time I stayed. This hotel is located in a wonderful part of Florence. It is amazing for shopping and sightseeing. It is clean and inviiting. However, the best part of staying at this hotel is the staff. They are welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and ever so caring. I especially want to thank Amanda, Culatta and Jamil. I, unfortunately, cannot recall the names of all the staff members who were so kind and so accommodating. The inclusive breakfast is first rate. I was thrilled that the staff at breakfast took my celiac seriously and made every attempt to make certain all was well. One day we had to leave super early and they made provisions to have coffee ready and a to go breakfast bag for us. Mine was marked gluten free. I appreciated this so much. Our room was always clean and fresh. It was comfortable and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel and their exceptional staff. It is a 5 star plus. Grazie. Brilliant hotel in a brilliant city !

We had a brilliant stay in Florence and what made it worthwhile even more was the stay at this hotel. The hotel was fantastic and the staff couldn't do enough for you. All the staff were helpful and very attentive, especially Namu (sorry if I misspelled) and Amanda ! If we do come back to Florence in a few years then for sure we would stay here !
