Location

This resort is located about 1.2 km from the centre of Ubud. Its setting is especially ideal for those in need of an adults-only holiday.

    1) The sunbeds and inside the pool there was full of mold which is terrible for human's health and of course I didn't go in.2) Everytime you turned the water on it smelled so bad.3) There were huge holes on the roof which allowed cats (and whoever knows what else) come inside the room. 4) The breakfast is awful and absolutely nothing is fresh.5) AND MOST IMPORTANTLY. I had an accident with the ink of a pen and it left a stain on the bedsheet (my mistake, i understand). Someone from the stuff knocked on the door and said they want to talk to me and they mentioned about the stain. They said it is the client 's responsibility and they said I need to pay 400.000 idr for it, which would be fine with me. HOWEVER, non of the bedsheets they gave us at first place was clean. Everything had stains and holes on them. I showed to him the stains of the new bedsheets the stuff had just replaced and then he changed and said he will discuss it with the manager. In the end they asked me to pay 100.000 idr for bedsheets they were already dirty and with holes.When you ask from the client to pay for something they "destroyed", you need to make sure that the product you had offered at first was in a good condition.

    My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights, the staffs are nice and always smiling, they speak english well and that’s really nice, very accommodating and the room service is fast. This place is closed to the centre.. if you live cats, there’s a cat cafe nearby.

    Choked toilet and stained bed sheet… bad hospitality…

    The room was not cleaned properly; there were stains on the sheets and dust on the furniture. The bathroom had a persistent moldy smell, above all the choked toilet took all the pride they showed on the net - we are family of 4 and travelled with baby boy of 7 year age - so we have to take baby 4 times for urination - so much pain because of hotel staff insensitivity . Because they are celebrating there 10th anniversary at that day. I don’t know what’s more important guest problem or celebration.

    Always enjoy Bali and this trip was no different.Suarti villas is situated within walking distance of Ubud town centre and some great eating venues. Maybe a little older than some of the villas around ,but this added a certain charm to the place, very quiet and as always very friendly.

    3.5 stars if I’m being generous.Maintenance is a major issue.Cleanliness is below average in very many ways. For example; the linen provided had holes in it -both sheets and bedding. So worn and beyond repair I would use for rags at home.The smell in the bathroom when using the shower made me question whether using soap in the pool would be an option (I didn’t).Fixtures in bathroom-broken.Walls-moldy.Offerings left in doorways for days on end-ants.The list goes on!Plenty of potential if the owner & the staff ACTUALLY made an effort.Do not pay more than 400000 IDR person pp. p.n to stay in this place.
