  The hotel needs renovation, the breakfast was terrible. Housekeeping lady came to my door at 10:45 am to ask if I was checking out today. Check out is 11:00.. A person was asleep on the sofa in the lobby when I checked in. Please don't stay here. I went next door to the La Quinta the next evening and saved myself 10 bucks.

  The hotel is clean and quiet. No matter what you read, they don’t take dogs. That is not correct on the website. This is a no nonsense, basic hotel for the price.

  I recently booked a room with two double beds through Expedia. I checked in and went to my room only to discover that the room only had one queen bed. I was traveling with a friend who is handicapped, so I immediately returned to the front desk and explained that my reservation was for two double beds. The hostess insisted the reservation was for one queen bed and wouldn’t even look at my phone that showed the reservation was for two double beds. She blamed Expedia and said the hotel was fully booked so we couldn’t be moved to another room. My reservation was non-refundable, so I was forced to take the room and sleep on a cot (that they delivered to the room but didn’t set up for us) even though I was charged the higher rate for a double room. The dress I was wearing became snagged on one of the springs of the cot while I was setting it up and was torn. Once the cot was set up, there was almost no space left to walk in the room, but my only other alternative would have been to find another hotel and lose what I paid entirely. As for the accommodations, the entire hotel smells very strongly of artificial air fresheners. It was so strong you could taste it, and it gave me a headache within a few minutes. An employee was smoking immediately in front of the entrance even though there are signs posted stating that smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of the entrance. I’m very disappointed in the entire experience and won’t be back. 10 out of 10 do not recommend!

  Loud laundry, people & TV next door.

  Miserable night. Our room was next to a laundry with a clicking dryer, a loud TV, and random groups of loud people slamming doors all night long through the early morning. My teenage daughter and I, visiting colleges, will not be back. Sad because the room was clean, the bed terrific, and the fridge a larger size.

  Disappointing!

  I stayed in a beautiful Cambria Hotel the night before. Imagine my surprise when I arrived and saw how dirty and unkept this property was. The young man behind the front desk was very nice, the AC worked great in the room and the bed and bedding were comfy. Unfortunately, those are the only positive things I have to say about this hotel. It needs to be updated and cleaned. The floor inside the elevator was very dirty and the floor outside the elevator was sticky. There was a smell in the hallway that was very unappealing, not sure what it was. My colleague went to use the shower and when he moved the shower mat, there was a dead bug on the tub. After staying at a very nice and newly updated Cambria the night before, this was really disappointing. I have stayed at several Comfort Inn's, they are a decent chain, this hotel is not.
