    Incredible staff and lovely place

    I spent just over a week here while I was in studying in Bali, and would highly recommend Sura Inn! The main standout point was the kindness of the staff; they were always so warm and friendly and really made my stay great. They went over and above many times to make me feel at home and look out for me, which really made me feel safe here (especially as I was a young university student traveling solo for the first time in Indonesia). There were even times when I would start walking out and I had a staff member stop me to go get me one of their own umbrellas because it was going to rain, amoung many other kind gestures. Cannot praise them enough! The accommodation was lovely and a very good price too, I’d stay here again for sure, Loved my stay, thanks so much Sura Inn!

    It was pretty comfortable accomodation. We got a really good deal so we got a very cheap room, but it had air conditioning and it was very clean. The only downside is that it is a bit close to the Main Street so you can hear the traffic in the evening. Other than that, very lovely.

    I was stay for 1 night only for business trip in Ubud. The room was clean and neat. There is a tv in my room but broken, no international channel. AC inside the room not cool enough, still feel hot even I put in 18 degrees. Wifi always cut and stop. Shower is not work, I was take a shower and immediately the water stop when I am washing my hair. The electricity always cut off. Not a pleasant stay while you are tired for doing some busses trip in Ubud

    Satisfying Budget Hotel

    For a budget hotel this place is really satisfying. Good location, they have mini mart at the front and the café, the staff friendly and helpful. Though the room is very standard, but it's clean and so comfortable. However they don't have phone at room and the television only have the local channel. This hotel is very suitable is you looking for a place to sleep only/transit.However, we had a good time staying at this hotel.

    This is a great, little hotel that offers very comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast is delicious. It's very close to central Ubud and restaurants and convenience stores.
