Location

This club resort is located in the Pemuteran region on the tranquil, unspoiled north-west coast of Bali, approximately 50 km from Lovina Beach and 15 km from Menjangan Island. Guests can reach the eco hotel in around three and a half hours from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 45 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. Complimentary newspapers are available. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a TV, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The complex has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, fishing and horse riding are available. With banana boat rides, canoeing, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts and yoga. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and a steam bath. Subject to charge: massage treatments. At the resort offers excellent facilities for leisure and relaxation, including an entertainment programme, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast gives guests many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte or choose a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options. Alcoholic beverages are available.

    My stay at this beautiful tranquil resort was an absolute delight from start to finish. This was in conjunction with Easy Divers, also fantastic.The food, a highlight of the trip, is probably the best I have ever had in a dive resort in Bali during the course of 7 or 8 visits. And the service was lightning fast. À la carte breakfasts were wonderfulThe bungalow was absolutely beautiful, kept spotlessly clean and had a table, two chairs and a day bed, perfect for power naps! The bathroom was big and spacious and there was always plenty of hot water.I travelled straight from the airport with a really nice driver in a big comfy car, all arranged by the dive shop. This is perfectly doable, but is a long journey.This property is perfect for a dive trip but other guests were on land based tours or yoga trips or snorkelling trips. But I really cannot recommend it, and Easy Divers, enough for a dive trip to a very interesting area of Bali.     This place is amazing! Here with 3 generations and we loved every minute. The rooms and grounds are lovely. And the staff is great. We had massage every day, and went on a trip to Menjagan Island for the best snorkeling of my life. But even the water at the hotel is full of fish and living coral. Sorry we only booked 4 nights here. Could easily stay a week!     It is the tranquility that makes Taman Sari unique. For us it is a happy place. The setting, the ocean for swimming, snorkelling and diving, the comfortable lodges, the food, the swimming pool, the spa and the friendly people make it a unique experience.     Fabulous hotel with beautiful manicured grounds. Wonderful position, surrounded by hills and the sea.

    The room, grounds, and facilities in this hotel are excellent and great value for money (we stayed off peak at the start of the rainy season). We liked it so much that we stayed an extra night, We booked a Lotus Suite, which was certainly worth the extra cost and is a little oasis. There are only three of these suites, with a good-sized private pool and lounge area.... the bed was very comfortable and it had a large outdoor bathroom. It also has a kitchen and water station. The grounds are manicured by a team of gardeners to perfection. The situation with the hills, sea, and fishing boats is impressive. Breakfast by the beach was very good, however we were dissapointed with the evening meal (the duck dish was all bones with little meat on it), and we ended up using very good local restaurants just five minutes walk from the hotel, where the food was very good indeed). The hotel has many activities on offer and the staff were all very friendly.There was lots of litter on the beach, plastic bottles, etc. washed up during the rainy season. You would expect a hotel of this standard to clean the beach every morning without fail... to be fair, it was eventually cleaned up during our stay. Even with these little negatives, we would happily return to this hotel again.
