  Reception was super unprofessional and smelled of smoke. Booked and paid for a Queen bed 6 weeks ago and were told they were full upon arrival and got twins instead (they also did not offer to push them together to make a king). They didn’t even show us to our room, just pointed the general direction and left to search for it ourselves. The room was not initially stocked with toilet paper so we had to chase someone down to find some. Room stunk of a mixture of smoke and mould making us stay out most of the day because we couldn’t handle sitting inside too long. Bathroom was disgusting making us not even want to shower (see pictures). Mould everywhere. Safe was unusable as it was locked shut. Found a partially used pack of condoms in one of the closet drawers. I believe they keep air conditioner remotes so it is stuck at an uncomfortable 27 degrees. Pool was not clean due to leaves and even a mouldy mango pit in the bottom. The grounds were pretty junk filled as well. I get it’s a room that is dirt cheap and conveniently close to the airport, but you can find better hotels for similar prices.

  It was good stay in room 207 but a lot of maintenaces need to fixed bulb fuse in the bed room area. Refrigerator not working. Toilet spray was strong. No water bottle in the table during check in. Cleanlinnes room below standard expectation. Water tap in the toilet vanity counter saw hot water only. Between room rate and service didnt matching. Please fixed the room before hotel selling to the guest.

  Stayed 1 night for a weekend getaway. Missed hotel on first try because it really does not look like a hotel from outside. Not disappointed because never expect anything great in the first place. Room is clean enough & quite spacious for 2 people, with pool view balcony. Bathroom is OK though we cannot get the hot water running. The pool is quite good; not sparkling clean but it looks fresh, only 1.5m deep (perfect for me as I just learned swimming) but quite large with kids pool, and I must add that I don't smell any chemical in the water, which is good. No need to have meal there because there are lots of diner in walking distance.

  Nice location close to the airport

  We stayed in this hotel after a long flight. This hotel is about two minutes drive from the airport, so don't let the taxi drivers rip you off when offering a ride here! We arrived after 1am in the night and there was a nice guy waiting for us to let us in. The room was ok, though the badroom was very old and worn out.The breakfast was good.

  The worst hotel ever!

  This is definitely the worst hotel i've ever stayed in. If it wasn't for the fact that we arrived very late and was only staying for 1 night i would of changed hotels and gone else where. The reception is tiny (i'm talking like the size of a closet) its dirty and the staff when we arrived barely spoke any english aswell as wearing scruffy clothes and another guy behind reception with no top on. When we entered our room there was a lizard running round the walls (this wasn't the only lizard in the room). Everything in the room was dirty - fridge/bedroom/bathroom! I got eaten alive by mosquitos in this hotel too there was holes in the wall where they probably got in. In the morning i was woken up by the chefs chopping food in the kitchen across the way which just goes to show how sound proof the rooms are. DO NOT stay here even if its for 1 night there is plenty more hotels in the area.
