Location

The hotel is located in the peaceful village of Sanur, surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. The beach is around 150 m away and several bars, street cafes, souvenir shops and restaurants may be reached within only a few minutes. The city centre of Denpasar is only about a 10-minute drive away. The hotel is situated just around a 30-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Facility

The resort has a lifts and features 16 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Well positioned, clean and comfortable oasis

    Located very close to the Icon shopping centre which allows easy access to Sanur Beach. Access is via a short lane so you are oblivious to the sound of traffic on the main road. Traditional Balinese style rooms surround the pool area with many lovely trees and beautiful orchids hanging freely. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are a good size. I was upgraded to a suite which was superb. Bed very big and comfortable and rooms well cleaned each day. Good air-conditioning system, small fridge and tea and coffee making equipment in your room.A well stocked international library is available to guests.

    Lovely staff, but not good value for money

    Would have liked to give Tamukami a higher rating because of the lovely staff - but there was just too much wrong with our stay to do so. It looked promising when we first arrived - it’s one of those charming old Balinese style establishments that getting harder to find. At first glance our room was spacious, with a large bed, an aircon that worked well and a nice little verandah. It could however do with a good makeover. There were loose tiles throughout & the shower was one of those really old ones, with a hose in a bathtub - which was so small I couldn’t stand properly in it. Similar to previous reviews - the water pressure was terrible. Interestingly, I found 20,000 rp under my pillow when I went to bed - perhaps left there by the previous guest as a tip for housekeeping. While a nice gesture - it suggests to me that the sheets had not been changed - just the bed made up!Breakfast was very limited - but ok. Like previous guests/reviewers I was also barked at by the cranky old lady in the pool about having a shower. I had initially just thought she was one of the usual pushy old Europeans that seem to dominate Sanur - but later found out she is the owner!Definitely not worth the $100/night we paid. Would we go back - a definite NO. TIP: Don’t stay there. There is much better value for money around Sanur!!

    Small paradise in Sanur

    This small, boutique hotel has an exceptionally beautiful garden with large swimming pool around which the extremely spacious rooms are arranged. Within minutes from shops, sights and the beach, it's a small paradise in busy Sanur.

    Tarci reviewRoomWe stayed in a studio bungalow which had a massive size room with 2 king single beds pushed together to make one massive bed. No other bedding available for the kids. Good working aircon, unfortunately our water temperature fluctuated between very hot and very cold. The rooms offers decent storage to unpack suitcases. I love that the room comes with an airer to dry wet clothes outside. The tv offers a large range of English channels. PoolA medium size pool with a small pool for kids. Pool water temperature was cool and fresh. Lounge chairs available around the pool. LocationThis hotel is located directly across from Icon Mall and is close to minimarts, money exchange, restaurants, laundry etc. OverallThis is a good hotel option to consider for budget travellers coming to Bali. The hotel offers an American or Indonesian set menu breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located to everything you could need while away. The staff were very friendly, always saying hello and allowing my children to play with their pets and help feed them.

    Check in pleasant . Lunch service pleasant. My friend and I sat outside room, hubby was inside having a showeowna lady floating in the pool proceeded to tell us "hi, this is MY hotel" no worries, must be the owner. Hubby came out of the room with his bathers on. Ge went to step into the pool and was greeted with "Have you had a shower??" His answer was "Yes" . The owner then pushed on with "Well, I didnt see you have one....???" His response was "Would you like to check my towel is wet in the bathroom??" Oh dear.Awkward and unwelcoming. I wanted to check out immediately and change hotels. We decided to just get in the pool, after i showered of course.Room was large, air con worked well. Pool was lovely when the rude owner wasnt in it. Bathroom- could do with a good scrub. Water pressure terrible and water coming out of the shower stank like rust. We had a little brown surprise sludge come up from the shower drain too.Value for money was ok. Can't comment on breakfast as we just wanted to go out and not stay.I used the toilet in the lobby one evening, sure enough owner was there to make sure i turned the light off.As responsible, respectfull , well behaved 49 year olds, we did not appreciate feeling like teenagers on school camp. I do not recommend staying here.
